comfortable and pleasant house near airport

The house is close to the airport and Downtown Anchorage. It had everything we needed for the stay with the washer and dryer and all cooking appliances and utensils. Clean and cute, with character. Would stay there again.Owner was very welcoming.

Lovely home!

Group of 5 adults had plenty of room to get ready for a busy day, or lounge around in the evening, in this lovely, feel good, home. As already stated in other reviews, the neighborhood is quiet with easy access to major through roads, the house well-stocked, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed chatting about gardening and Alaska living with Sue. If we can return to Anchorage for another visit, we would stay at Sue's.

We were traveling with our adult sons ( five of us) on a spectacular trip to Alaska. This was our first stop. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner even provided, soap, shampoo, lotion, spices, laundry soap, fabric softener, fresh flowers and toilet paper. Sue was very helpful with information and suggestions. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot for all things Anchorage

We spent three nights at this VRBO in August before heading to Kodiak. The place was perfect for three adults. We each had our own space and plenty of room to move around. The biggest benefit is the location! With people flying in and out at different times it was conveniently located to the airport and everywhere else was a quick 5-10 minute drive. The property owner was always quick to respond which was very helpful.

Lovely property. Stairs are a little tricky if you have anyone not entirely sure footed (elderly). Awesome outdoor back patio for hanging out. Located perfectly- near enough to airport and downtown and also close to highways. Very nice homeowner.

Beautiful Home in Anchorage

We will definiitely be visiting this home again. Sue was AMAZING! And the house was just as incredible. It's much bigger than the pictures indicated. Very spacious rooms. The house is fully stocked and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Close to grocery stores and downtown which we really enjoyed! We would highly recommend staying here and we WILL be back!

Great vacation

Family of 5 stayed here. Very roomy and comfortable beds! Sue was extremely helpful and friendly! If we come back to Alaska, we will definitely stay here again! Only thing I recommend- black out curtains for guests not used to the daylight nights and a full length mirror in the house.

Felt like home...

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as the pictures portrayed. The bedrooms were a good size and everything was very clean. It was close to downtown as well as the airport and there is a Carr's grocery store as well as lots of other places very close. We were a family of 4 and had plenty of room. Sue lives downstairs and was available for anything, although we had no needs!! I would definitely recommend this rental.

Awesome experience in Alaska

This was our first time using VRBO to book a property. We were not disappointed. Sue was a very gracious hostess. The house is super cute and clean. We had all the appropriate amenities and Sue offered to provide additional cookware if needed. This place was the perfect size for the 5 of us. I would definitely stay here again.
