Two staff members weren't very helpful regarding directing us to the right lift, dining options or how to get to OTUS oval. However one staff member was much more helpful regarding knowledge of the area and dining options.

Shower tiles where mould or dirt in grout, traffic noise alot hard to sleep, bed was terrible , a/c noisey and rattles, no evening dining only room service available at extra cost I have stopped at alot of motels this would have to be the worst and yes I will tell everyone I know not to book at the Metro Hotel.
