Perfect for families
We stayed in the Heritage Wing, where the rooms are old, and there's no lift. I recommend avoiding the Heritage Wing of the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay, and the breakfast was excellent.

The reception staff were excellent. We had a leak in our bedroom that was immediately addressed and repaired. We wete also compensated with a voucher to use at The Larder, their on site restaurant (excellent food!). We will be back:-)

The room was a little tired, sitting on the balcony area the windows were dirty and there were lots of spider webs and spiders in the window frames. TV was small and tucked in a corner, which seems silly when you have a huge wall in front of the bed with a picture on it, that could easily be a space for the TV. Was a little disappointed that a beach view room, you had to look over 2 tennis courts, a couple of large green sports areas before you go to the view.
