No blanket, shower and toilet didnt drain, cink was moving, 1 light didnt work, air conditioning wasnt working properly , cigarettes and garabage under the bed. I already call you but need a call back to have a refund or big discount on my next booking

Room unsafe and in shambles.
The room was in shambles. No fire alarm, no latch lock on door. Toilet paper holder broken in bathroom. Room under construction and it was obvious with the amount of holes in the wall, broken tiles, and art work not even hung on the wall. It was an extremely disappointing trip.

The bed and bedding was clean when we arrived, and staff was friendly, However the microwave and fridge was not working since the multicord was broken The sink drain was broken. The bedding was not cleaned wven after 4 days. On informing the frontvdesk they said they had shortage of staff. Overall the experience could have been better with just minor improvements for the price the were charging.

No smoke detector in the room, phone was broken, sliding door lock was broken and door wouldn’t lock. Lots of stains on the carpets, chair had stains and burn marks on it and garbage under the bed. Just a thin sheet on the bed, no blankets. Bathroom was dirty and ?blood on the floor. I booked a double room with 2 double beds, when we arrived, they said the reservation was not guaranteed and they only had a king bed room, no couch, no cot. 4 of us had to try and sleep on one king bed, and the floor was too disgusting (we arrived late in the evening and didn’t want to sleep in our vehicle for the night). The room stunk like old cigarettes/ drugs and the neighbouring rooms kept commenting when one of us coughed. It was scary and disgusting. We were told to talk to the manager in the morning. The manager was not helpful… said that because we booked it through a 3rd party, we had to go through them for refunds. He said that his computer showed that I booked one room for one person, even though I had the booking/ confirmation in front of me, he refused to look at it and kept referring to his system and that it was all done through the 3rd party.

TERRIBLE hotel!!! This hotel looked nothing like the pictures. Upon walking in we were overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana. The front desk clerk was not hospitable. The only thing he said was, “ID” and mumbled our room number without even looking up. I had to look on the card to see our room because he was so inaudible. Maybe we bothered his smoke break since he had to stop smoking outside the front door to check us in. I signed paperwork saying we wouldn’t smoke in the hotel which was fine since we don’t smoke. However, the front part of the hotel smelled like weed and the back end smelled like cigarette smoke. As we walked further back towards our room the hotel condition became worse. There was debris on the ground and it was very poorly lit inside. When we got to our room I thought it was occupied because I heard noises from inside the room. After knocking with no answer we entered and saw the TV on at a loud volume. The room was dirty and needed a deep clean. Under the bed was pop bottles, a lotion bottle, Cheetos, food wrappers, and other trash!! We got in around 9:30pm and I was so tired that we decided to stay. If it had been earlier in the evening we would have left. It looked like there was only a sheet on the bed, but when I pulled the sheet back there was an old thin/scratchy brown blanket. There was no sheet between the gross blanket and bed. We slept in our clothes and got out of there without eating breakfast. Horrible!

There are no personnel at the desk, when arrive he was extremely rude cursing me. I told him the room was extremely dirty and bathroom was clean. I had to spray with disinfectant on the bed. The front desk stated that I was no longer a customer and I should get out and bye. When I told him that my check time is 11am and I was trying to explain to him the condition at 8 am. The hallway was full of garbage. Leaf all around inside the hotel compound. I man walking up and down the hall smoking and shouting. When I asked the front desk man for his name so I could make a complaint, he said my name is the Checkout Man. He then walk out and out in the parking lot on his phone and smoking for extended periods. I will NEVER stay at your hotel chain ever again. I will be calling to check out hotel standards because this is just unacceptable and I have never experience such nasty place and rude workers.
