I came here because I was visiting Ann Arbor for Sonic Lunch on August 22nd of 2024. It was quick and affordable and a very nice place to stay. The property was clean and it was fairly peaceful, there's also a lot of places around there to visit. Highly suggest!

I found a old dead mouse inside my hotel room under a pillow. Beyond upset management refuses to do anything about it.

It was the cheapest hotel in the area and i was staying 2 nights. They were improving the hotel, however they seemed to be only fixing or replacing what didn't work anymore. A worker was smoking cigars out side because there is no smoking in the rooms. God awful. More like a motel than a hotel. Maybe it is a motel. Next time i will drive out of Ann Arbor for a good hotel I can afford

Everything was great at the property with the exception of the VERY loud air conditioner. It was impossible to sleep with the unit running so it got too warm in the room which also made it difficult to sleep.
