We loved the property. Room was beautiful. We were very disappointed that we never got our room cleaned in 4 nights. Apparently in very small print, you have to call for service and the room cleaning button means nothing. We’re also supposed to get $15 food credit but we’re never able to utilize it since you have to order and pay for food at a kiosk and it wouldn’t read the room key. So nice place but don’t expect the food credit and call for room cleaning. But be warned, when we called to ask about service, the lady was very rude and condescending

Pretty nice hotel. Bathroom was nice with deep tub and walk in shower. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Complaints: bath rug was falling apart, carpet in room was in need of a replacement and only place to plug something in by the bed didn't work. No outlets close enough to plug phone in and had to stretch chord for husband's apnea machine because there was no plug. Overall, nice place to stay. We won at the casino so was a good stay.

Stayed here for our visit to a Pistons game. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They provided a shuttle to and from the game which saved us from walking in the snow and cold.
