We invite you to come enjoy your vacation at the Funky Beach Farmhouse! This professionally decorated beach house is sure to create a fun space for the entire family!

The home includes 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Everyone will have all the privacy they need with a private ensuite bathroom attached to each bedroom. The spacious, open concept kitchen, dining, and living area provide the perfect space for playing games, enjoying a group dinner, or relaxing and watching a movie!

The large kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances and everything you need to cook meals at home. A large balcony is situated off of the living room creating the perfect space to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset.

The Funky Beach Farmhouse has a colorful bar downstairs right off the pool area. Open up the sliding doors to create the perfect indoor/outdoor space. The pool receives plenty of sunlight throughout the day to ensure you return home with a beautiful Florida glow! The elevator creates easy access to all levels of the house!

The quick 1 minute walk to the beach makes for easy to stop back home for a quick lunch before returning back to the white fluffy sand and crystal clear water! Pine Avenue is a short walk or quick bike ride away. Here you can enjoy shopping at the cute boutiques or find a great place to get a bite to eat! Easily snag a ride on the FREE Anna Maria Island trolley with a convenient stop located at the Anna Maria City Pier!

Girls Trip
Fantastic place for a girls’ trip/long weekend. This place is immaculate and fully equipped with anything you would ever need. The pool area is fantastic and the house is a short walk to the tip of the island or the trolley to get you downtown. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our 50th birthdays.

Family Vacation
Mostly adults and one 31/2 year old had a perfect time. The location was the best with a quick walk across the street to the beach. The pool was the perfect size for our granddaughter and she hopped from the pool to the jacuzzi all day.The house itself is beautifully decorated with bathrooms in all 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was equipped with every pot or pan you could possibly need and top of the line appliances. I can’t say enough positive things about this house and the consensus was to return next year.

The location of the house is perfect... the views of the Bay is beautiful. Bedrooms and ensuite baths are perfect for 4 couples. We were disappointed that there was not a ping pong table as advertised. Had consistent problems with the TV constant buffering problems. And the outside TV had to be replaced ( which it was ) but it took 7 days to get it replaced.

Great house!
Very nice, spacious house in a very nice area of Anna Maria. Bonus points for every bedroom having its own bathroom. The pool has a big area of shallow water that’s great for toddlers. Would definitely book again.

We had an absolutely amazing time and this home! The location is beyond perfect. Your close to everything but far enough away to be in a peaceful neighborhood hood! We loved the fully stocked kitchen. Made cooking at home easy! The back yard is incredible! The yard games, fun pool toys and the pool alone were our kids favorite part! Highly recommend this home!

My in laws and I come to AMI every year, we are particular about location and always stay north of Pine Ave and close to Bean Point. Everything about this place was great! Location ideal to both rod n reel and AMI pier. 2 block walk to beach access and bean point. Not to mention the interior design and condition of the home was amazing! Would definitely stay here again in the following years if available 😊

Beautiful house, great location
The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and modern. No expenses spared and the bathrooms and amenities were great. The location was also amazing. The bay is right across the street. While there is no real beach there, the views were amazing and Bean Point beach is only a 7 minute walk. It's truly one of the nicest beaches I've ever seen. Given how beautiful the house was, we were a little surprised by some obvious things that were missing: very cheap (and limited) cookware/dishes, only one thermostat to control the entire house, very poor water pressure. It would also be nice if there was a refrigerator downstairs at the pool level and a couple of lounge chairs by the pool. All in all though, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Super impressed with how kid friendly this house was! My friend and I packed way more than we needed for our 2 toddlers - toys, pack n play, high chair and was so pleased to see that the house actually had everything we needed. So if you have a toddler or small child, this house is perfect! They have an additional pack and play with sheets, a high chair, gates to block off both steps, tons of floats and toys AND the pool has a small walking shallow area which was great for them! We were impressed with how close it was to the beach, 5 min walk. Each bedroom had its own nice bathroom! The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to cook, the gas range and Jenn air appliances were to die for! Everything was super clean and looked brand new. The craftsmanship of the home was done perfectly. There was enough beach towels for everyone! Nice washer and dryer!! Thanks for allowing us to stay!
