With 2 bedrooms, plus a den with a pull out sofa sleeper, this home has been totally updated throughout in gorgeous coastal decor and offers all of the modern amenities you desire. Bright open living area and kitchen with stainless appliances, ceramic top stove, beautiful tile, and skylights.

The living room with a large flat screen TV leads out to a wonderful screened porch for separate lounging or your early morning breakfast.

Inside, there are two beautiful queen sized bedrooms, one that leads right out to the tropical outdoor pool area, along with a den with a sleeper sofa and desk.

Poolside, you can lounge in the chaise lounges by the sparkling pool or BBQ and have dinner under the partially shaded area with a dining table. There is even an outdoor shower for showering off after the beach!

Island Time is located just a block off of Pine Avenue, with all of its shops and restaurants and you can walk just a few blocks to the Rod & Reel Pier and have a bite to eat or throw your fishing line in! When you are ready to explore the island, you can hop on board the free AMI trolley that runs daily along the entire seven miles of the island and has a stop at the Anna Maria City Pier, just blocks from your door.

Paradise
The location on Spring Street in Anna Maria was perfect. On one end of the street the City Pier on the bay and at the other west end of the street was the beautiful, white sandy beach on the gulf of Mexico. The cottage was beautiful, clean and so cute. The pool was amazing with just enough shade from noontime on to enjoy a break from the sun. Highly recommend this location.

My daughter and I stayed for a week at this rental and it was just perfect! Loved having our own private pool and we rented a golf cart to go to and from the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals. The process of checking in and checking out was streamline. Definitely recommend this rental for your Anna Maria vacation!

We loved our cottage on Anna Maria Island! It was even better in person than the online listing! The location could not be beat and the pool was a welcome refresher after a long day at the beach. I am already looking forward to another booking and hope to stay at this exact place again!

Luxurious Retreat: An Unforgettable Blend of Comfort and Serenity
From the moment we stepped into this beautifully decorated home, we were in love. Every room is tastefully decorated with high-end finishes and attention to detail. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the location is ideal: far enough from the beach to avoid the usual traffic noise, yet close enough that the walk to the shore is easy and enjoyable. The backyard area is a lush, tranquil oasis, offering a private retreat where we could unwind after a day of exploring. A variety of dining options and a well-stocked general store are all within walking distance. Overall, this was easily the nicest VRBO property we've ever had the pleasure to call home for a week. We highly recommend this beachside gem to anyone looking for a high-end, relaxing retreat.

Good House but read before staying
First, Anna Maria life property and rental company is by far the best to rent through while on the island. Anytime we would call they would answer on the second ring and they were accommodating to anything we needed and fixed it ASAP. The initial walk-through of the house was spotless. It was so clean. It felt like you could eat off the floor. The pool was beautiful and warm. It came with many floats and fun pool accessories. It’s walking distance to all the shops and local restaurants. They also gave us laundry pods and dishwasher pods to get the week started while also accommodating us with little travel, size, bottles of shampoo, etc. We did find some issues though throughout the week. The first one being this house is advertised as a six person home but there are only two beach chairs so I hope the other four people like to stand at the beach or you’re willing to drop $200 for beach chairs. We called the rental company they told us it’s only one beach chair per bed room in the house and also it did not come with a cooler to take to the beach. Also the washer did have a moldy smell but we called the rental company and they did order a new rubber part, so hopefully it should be fixed for a upcoming family. Ultimately after staying on the island 5+ times this is by far the best house we have stayed at the location, cleanliness, and quality of the house has been the best out of all of our years staying. We highly recommend renting this house!

Beautiful, Quiet, and Centrally Located Home
Had a great stay in AMI. The house was beautiful, just like pics suggest. The pool was tremendous and used daily by our 11 yr old. The backyard is a mini-oasis. The screened porch is a great area to relax in am or late pm. House was very roomy and comfortable. It is centrally located and very easy to get to all of the Main Street shops and restaurants, yet very quiet and private feeling. Only 2 concerns, which were both minor. The internet was spotty and we tried to fix with no luck. Once we contacted the agency they were very proactive and finally just replaced the router which solved the problem. They were friendly and helpful. The second was that some of the basics seemed a bit sparse. No aluminum foil/cellophane or salt/pepper and only one trash bag for a week stay. Not many items for beach use. Those are primarily FYI's ... the main takeaway is that this is a great property and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home!
My husband and I honeymooned on Anna Maria Island and we were more than pleased with this house! The pool and outdoor area are better than the pictures can give credit! The waterfall shower in the bathroom was another favorite. There are tons of sitting areas and a cute breakfast nook on the front screened in porch. Neighbors were very friendly, convenient walk or golf cart drive to many things on the island. We will definitely be coming back!

Adorable home with private pool!
We LOVED the home. It was bright and airy, clean and nicely decorated. The pool was so nice, and felt like a private oasis with all of the lush landscaping around it. The location was perfect for the market (around the corner) and other restaurants and shops in the immediate area. We rented a golf cart to get around. Within walking distance to beach, however, we did not walk because it was so brutally hot during our visit. A couple of things to make the experience better for future renters- the pillows were awful! We did locate a couple of extra pillows in the closets (also awful) but there were no extra pillow cases to be found. I emailed a request to property management but never received a reply. We ended up driving to WalMart to buy some pillows and pillow cases. For the price paid there should be enough basic linens provided. Also, the listing could be updated to indicate that there is a gas, not charcoal grill, and also that there are beach chairs provided. I did not know this, and spent money to rent beach chairs and an umbrella before our arrival. We really only needed an umbrella. I think there were 6 chairs at the property. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer. I do not believe that was in the listing either. The home is currently for sale, and there was a showing while we were there. That was okay, only complaint was that they showed up over a half hour earlier than scheduled. Overall, it was a beautiful home, we loved it, and would highly recommend!

Upscale Old Florida with Lots of Charm
Loved our one-week stay at this beautifully remodeled AMI property. The home is cozy and was exceptionally clean upon check in. The taller ceilings in the living room and the master make this relatively smaller house feel open. The pool area is meticulously maintained with lush landscaping and the pool was just right for our family of three. Check in and check out was super easy and communication to resolve an issue with the pool was speedy and responsive. Overall it was wonderful, location was great. Minor inconvenience that the kitchen felt a little under-appointed (no convenience items like multipurpose spray, food storage containers, etc) and no beach chairs were available but really wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

AMI Perfection
This property was perfect. My husband and I especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The pool was clean and heated. Everything was a safe comfortable walking distance. Plenty of room for parking. The bed was comfortable. We definitely would visit and this would be our first choice for lodging.
