Welcome to Seaside Magnolia! From the moment you step through the front door, you are greeted by the subtle hues of the beach, with the elegance of a five-star resort. And its only 3 blocks to the beach!!

This beautiful luxury vacation home was designed and decorated with quality and island charm in mind. The main living level is on the 2nd floor of this home. It opens up into the airy living room, kitchen, and dining area. The timeless kitchen has all upgraded appliances, a large island, and is open to the dining room and living room with a view of the oasis style pool, backyard and putting green. There is plenty of seating, with 8 chairs at the dining room table, and four at the island, plus outdoor seating on the back porch.

The pool has a sun shelf for small children, a spa, and is big enough for the entire family to enjoy! The covered patio has a bar, a side yard perfect for corn hole, and a separate seating area with comfy couches. All bedrooms have plush mattresses and bedding, as well as hand-picked decor. The master bedroom is a gem with its overly spacious design, balcony, huge walk-in closet, and luxurious master bathroom. Come vacation in this beauty!

Awesome vacation

Property was excellent. 7 bedrooms for 13 people. Bedrooms were very nice as were the bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was nice. Outside games were also nice. Outdoor furniture also great.

Beautiful House / Great Location

We had a great weekend and stay with friends. How was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the outside pool area as well. Location was great as you could walk to all the restaurants and shops. Property management was also very good - proactive communication and overall good customer service. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful home with pool and hottub. 2 blocks from the beach. Very comfortable sleeping accommodations. Management company is incredible. They will answer questions within minutes and are very nice and helpful in all ways. Would highly recommend

Girls Pickleball Weekend

We enjoyed the property although the alarm on upper balcony needs batteries and our early risers didn’t dare use the balcony in the morning for fear of waking the others. A few other things: Fan in bathroom at top of steps doesn’t work Microwave doesn’t work or needs to have directions Upper oven does not run to temp Corn hole has only three bags Need another ping pong paddle Hot tub not hot Gave a good review though as is a beautiful place. Would love to have it for three nights next January but looks like only five nights are available.

Perfect for Families

We loved our time on AMI. There were three families with 5 kids total, ranging from 18 months to 8 years. The house has a great setup for us and we loved the location (close to multiple restaurants, cafes, general store, ice cream shops and beaches.) The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, dishwater, bowls, pots/pans, etc… Only two complaints: 1) The floors outside by the pool were dirty and could use a good cleaning, along with the garage floors. 2) We had an issue with the pool and while it was solved within 20 hours, I never would have known as there was no communication from the rental company. I had to follow up about 8 times to receive a plan and communication. We will go back to AMI! We may consider looking for a different place next time but would be happy here again.

We loved the house set up, the decor, nice pool and guys loved the putting green. The only complaint was lack of basics like hot pads, throw rugs, kitchen utensils, etc. great place for a big family though!

Everything you need and want

The only downsides were a few important things broken like the Clothes Dryer and Pool Skimmer among a couple other small things. The property managers were so fast to fix things and respond. As a house get used and older, things break and no one probably owns up to it - I don't blame the owners. :) We would definitely come here again. There was exactly enough room for all 11 of us. My son proposed to his girlfriend on the beach and fun was had by everyone. Lot's of walkable places to go or drive 10 minutes to another restaurant. The pool was great. Not sure all the jets were working, but at least we got a new pool skimmer to get the bugs out. :) I would highly recommend staying here!

The house was lovely and clean and looks just like the photos. The kitchen had basic necessities (silverware, dishes and glasses) but was otherwise very bare bones. There were no serving platters or cooking basics like salt, pepper and olive oil.

Great location and Spacious Home

First time visitors for large family vacation. This home had lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and living space. The outdoor living space was nice: lots of lounge chairs, pool toys, and grill. The pool was pretty warm (over 85 degrees) but we did like that it was a shallow water game pool where most could reach. The only downside was the patio and balconies were pretty dirty. ..and that made it hard when there is white furniture. The kitchen and dining room were open and inviting. We did lots of cooking there and the double oven was helpful. Dishwasher was broken when we arrived but fixed mid-week. We walked to the pier, ice cream store, and the convenience store. We found a local playground for the kids and the beach was only a few blocks away. Holmes Beach was great and we went there most days. The summer concert at The Center was really loud. It was just across the street and went until after 10:00PM. This wasn’t so good for small kids that go to bed early. It was very busy, lots of lights and very loud. We had a great week here and enjoyed exploring the island.
