This Anna Maria home is a great place to spend your island time! Spread out in the living area that includes a 65' flatscreen TV and Blu-ray player with Netflix and Hulu Plus (you will need your own login). This vacation rental is nicely-equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to pool and beach necessities. The pool area invites you in for a true island living experience. Start your mornings off with coffee in the covered sitting area. Relax by the pool, take a soothing swim (heat available upon request), and enjoy the therapeutic jets in the pool itself. There is also an area ideal for summertime cookouts thanks to the provided gas grill.

Walk to Pine Avenue where you will find small locally-owned coffee shops, restaurants, clothing boutiques, an olive oil outpost, and a donut shop. There are several beach access points nearby with the closest at the end of Gladiolus Street. Just follow the road and you will find yourself on the area's famous white sand beaches. This house is also located just one short block from Tampa Bay where you will find a playground and barbecue pavilions along with the Rod 'n Reel Pier. Enjoy sunrises over the bay, go fishing (no license is required), or dine at the Pier restaurant.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed quiet relaxing evenings poolside. The pool was our favorite spot for our toddler. It had a nice ledge that was perfect for her to play on while still in the water but not too deep. Good location to amenities as well. Extra bed pads that are kept in the closets can be used for additional sleeping.

Fantastic Getaway

We loved Beach to Bay Getaway!! The beds were comfortable, the property was clean, there was tons of outdoor seating and shade. The pool was everything we could have wanted. I wish there was a dish drying rack or some kitchen towels, but that’s my only complaint. It was close enough to walk, or a short drive if needed. Don’t let the reviews of the door alarm deter you, it’s as simple as pressing a button. The safety reassurance it provided with a 3 year old was worth the few times we set it off :)

The location and layout was great. There were a few issues though. Starting with the chirping and alarms going off every time we went out the front door and not being able to resolve the whole time. We had to press the reset button and hold it every time we went out the door so it didn’t wake the whole neighborhood. The pool was very dirty when we arrived and we lost a couple days of pool time until the pool company came to clean it. That’s the main reason we picked this property. The wifi never worked and kept kicking us off. The light bulbs burned out in the kitchen and two burners weren’t working on the stove so it wasn’t functional at all. The TV remotes barely worked so we never got to enjoy the downstairs TV either. The location and pool, once we got to use it, was great and we mostly spent all of our time outside.

This is a very nice and clean rental with a great location. The pool was awesome

The only thing I wish I would of know was they the main living area was upstairs. Took my elderly parents who have a very hard time with stairs. Other than that it was a great place.

Island pleasure

This home was spacious enough where we weren’t on top of each other. There are stairs but not an issue for us. Just down the road from the beautiful Bean Point and the fishing pier as well. Beautiful and quiet back yard. Just one question though… why a heated pool in Florida in the summer??? Felt good at night though. Loved it and would definitely book again!

Perfect for our family vacation

The house was great for our family. We loved the pool, proximity to the beach (~8 min walk), beach gear provided, and comfy living spaces. Its also close to the Pine Ave (~12 min walk) for shopping and restaurants. The layout of the house is quirky and the kitchen is small, but we didn’t mind it. The pool is a nice size and had nice chairs & tables to sit out there comfortably. They provided several board games and beach chairs, toys & a wagon. Salt, pepper & coffee filters would have been nice to have there, but they weren’t. We would definitely come back to this house!

This home was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the cookware we needed. It was nice have 2 refrigerators, one upstairs and one downstairs. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was wonderful!

Overall great house and location

This is one of the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. Most beach rental the floors have a little sandy residue but not this one. Only thing I could say that is kind of a negative is the kitchen is small. There are so many rooms so would be wonderful for a large family but not if you want to do a lot of cooking. We did not plan on cooking much so was perfect for us. The pool area was great!!!!

Relaxin after a week of Disney!

We came over for 3 nights after a busy week at Disney. Beach everyday! Came back to the pool in the afternoon and then cooked dinner! Bean point is beautiful! Bayfront park is calm and shaded! Great dinner at Rod and Reel! Fantastic finish to Disney trip.

Very nice house a few blocks from Pine Street and the pier on the north end of Anna Maria Island. Clean, well-maintained, plenty of glasses and pans. Nice pool area. Downstairs rooms were a bit warm.

Thanksgiving weekend

The house is well kept up, pool was refreshing. Within walking distance of the beach/playground and Main Street. Watch out for the manual door bypass alarm. Being the holiday the air went out the last couple of days were a bit hot at night and because of the holiday no one was available to get it resolved. But other than that it was a delightful place.

We had great time

All was great however the alarm situation going on and out being set at 8 seconds was a little annoying. If you were carrying items hard to get in out without the alarm going off . Recommendation maybe a 15 seconds and or away to be able to turn it off while your at the house. And reset it when you leave . But all in all it was awesome property!
