Enjoyed my stay, this is the the second time I’m staying in this hotel Good cleaning standards, waiters are always friendly, tasty food. Reception is friendly and all staff are very helpful. Only spa unfortunately is not up to standard, very rushed treatments, scrub literally takes 2 minutes, therapists don’t have good manners, normally just talk to each other or sit on their phones when you walk in, have long nails and wear rings/watches during massages, on both occasions I did not enjoy spa. We also booked a couple massage, therapist had phone in her pocket which kept vibrating and they just talked to each other and laughed. Felt very uncomfortable

Amazing experience with beautiful facilities and excellent service. This place really is an oasis of luxurious calm. A special mention to Wafa, the customer experience manager who organised a full trip to the medina including booking taxis and a hidden gem of a restaurant.

This hotel is so elegant and peaceful. The absolute perfect refuge from the busy city. The restaurant was outstanding. All of the staff were professional and helpful and warm.
