Had room with two queen beds and sofa bed. Room was spacious but bet felt smaller than queen and also room had some what of a smoke smell. Other than that staff was great. Did have a problem with the elevator it was out service and we was on 3rd floor made it difficult .

When we got into our room, we noticed a roach in the kitchenette. A towel had what looked like a blood stain on it. Our children wanted to swim, but when we got to the pool it had a film over the water that grossed our kids out.

Needs some upkeep
Great service from the front desk, however the property was in need of repairs and general upkeep. The weeds and grass were overgrown, one of the beds was broken, exterior window was broken and no room darkening shades present, the hot tub was out of order, and the pool was freezing. Again, the front desk was very kind and attentive, but the overall state of the hotel is what needs attention.

Not the Holiday Inn I expected
This an older hotel...it is very clean but at check had to call to get someone to the front desk...got to our room a floor lamp is broken top half hanging off ...bathroom has no towels ..the shower knobs had water running down it in a steady it was a roll in shower that let the water run in the floor...told front desk and was told they would let someone know...everything else with this place was good
