It's very clean, modern and secure. Great everything really. Not very close to the quaint part of town but you can walk in 10 mins and it's next to the bus station for travelling around the area. Throughly recommend it. There are hotels in old town houses which look prettier but I'd come back here.

Temizlik yönünden çok iyi bir durumda değil, sabah kahvaltısı oldukça zayıf, çay içmek mecburi, başka bir şey yok, sadece su istedik onun içinde ücret talep ettiler, bunlar sizin için sorun değilse kalabilirsiniz, sadece personeli güler yüzlü ve cana yakın

Otel görevlileri çok ilgili ve misafirperver davrandılar. Görülmesi ve gidilmesi gereken yerler konusunda çok güzel bilgiler verdiler ve destek oldular. Bunun için teşekkürler…Ancak odaların temizlik ve özeni konusunda hayal kırıklığı yaşadık, yastık zarflarında makyaj lekeleri, banyoda kullanılmış ve bitmiş tuvalet kağıtları, odada çöp kutusu yok, odaya girdiğimizde lavaboda kullanılmış sabun vardı.

Çook eski ve bakımsız bir otel. Resimlerde gözüktüğü gibi hiç değil. Özellikle temizlik konusunda hiç memnun kalmadık. otel konumu merkeze uzak Sanayi sitesi ve dolmuş durağı olan kötü bir konumda. Hotels.com üzerinden yapılan rezervasyon ödemede yok kur farkı yüzünden fazla ücret istendi. Ne demek kur farkı 😡 😡😡 ilk defa böyle bir durumla karşılaştık. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum

Otelin konumu merkezi. Otel genel anlamda modern ve temiz, ihtiyaçlarını fazlasıyla karşılıyor. Çalışanları ÇOK AMA ÇOK yardımsever ve güleryüzlü, özellikle resepsiyonist Emir Bey’e sohbeti, güleryüzü ve yönlendirmeleri için ne kadar teşekkür etsek azdır. İyi ki gitmişiz, bir daha olsa tercih ederim :)
