Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Because i was arriving after hours i had to pay the deposit etc before arriving. I rang 8 times the morning of, to no answer. I was beginning to stress that if they didnt answer i wouldnt have my room i had paid for when i landed. 2 hours from arriving in melbourne they finally answered and did not give any apology for making the morning very stressful. Once i arrived i realised my room had been upgraded. The room itself was nice, but there were dirty marks on the walls in every room, bandaids holding the back of the remote control together and carpet squares too small for the empty spaces. Location wise is perfect. Tram stop right out of the front to get anywhere and everywhere and close to everything. Communication is key and for it to be cleaned properly.
