A couple key facts, then my experience.
- There are no elevators
- It's a little ways off of I-70. Not terrible but not the most convenient.
- Parking was very limited when we arrived. The only spaces available were reserved for hotel status guests.
My experience:
We were delayed in CA so I called the hotel to inform them and confirm a late check-in. They said it was no problem and made a note. When we arrived a little after 3AM, there was no one in the lobby. I tried ringing the bell, looking around, calling the hotel, and calling corporate, all to no avail. While I was messaging my third-party booking site to try and find another hotel, an employee finally came in through the front door after 25 minutes. Without apology, she hung up the endlessly ringing phone and checked us in. She did extend our check-out until noon which I appreciated.
I did not make it for breakfast and tried no other amenities so can't speak to those.
