Heat pump control didn’t work even after being “fixed “. Same for safe. Windows above office wouldn’t close….very noisy. Food quality well below average. Samoan dancing was excellent. Fire dance best I have seen.

Friendly staff, room was clean and tidy, air con was a bonus. Bed was comfy, had everything we needed. Daily house keeping was amazing. Bar / Restraunt was great. Definitely would go back. Highly recommended.

Excellent services from staff and very friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Only minor small thing on our second day, our room was cleaned, toiletries were topped up but not the coffee dispenser as there was no coffee when we checked in and our bed wasn't made. We didn't mind at all just thought it was strange that the bed wasn't made. But that didn't put us off all. Highly recommended.

Great friendly place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Lovely friendly staff. The dining options are a little limited with a small menu at the bar restaurant only, as the main restaurant has not reopened after Covid. Breakfast was good, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to shops and other bars, and an easy, cheap cab ride to other restaurants.

The breakfast is not what it used to be however staff are still wonderful. Always clean. Biggest 2 problems are really bad mosquitoes problem and no wifi in the rooms. There is a 1 hour per day wifi but only works in the Bar.

Welcoming and spacious
Very welcoming staff. A great pool and restaurant area. Lovely covered walkways to keep you sheltered from the sun or the rain. A lovely welcome back to Samoa.

The hotel is nice but our stay wasn’t good
I don’t want to sound too negative about the hotel because many of the staff were nice, the room is spacious, and the location is great. But unfortunately our room was so very noisy that we couldn’t sleep. Our room was facing the front entrance, and both the front and the bathroom windows don’t shut the noise from outside. On top of the traffic noise and people chatting, we had this adjoining door, and could hear our neighbours all the time. There are some maintenance issues in the room and the hotel grounds. Still it is a nice hotel, and we would have enjoyed our stay. But the noise at night really threw us off. It was very unfortunate.

need to look at the dinner menu same every night. nothing different, rooms should be checked before customer goes into room. eg: safe working, remotes not working, sliding doors to patio not working very hard to open and close.

The staff were friendly love them. The food was horrible had dinner my first night the fish & chips was awful. The breakfast was even worst. The Fiafia Night was a waste of money wasn’t a full house by the time we got to the food the pig ran out. Food looked like leftovers from the day before. The room was nice but the beddings smelled even the towels. I checked out 2 days earlier couldn’t take. The staffs were friendly and very welcoming. The problem lays with the management team.

This hotel has lovely gardens, swimming pool and high quality rooms, but the food and restaurant service were terrible. Very limited menu (almost no meals without meat or fish) and our orders were mixed up. The poorly cooked food came out cold and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns.
