The hotel seems to be under repair, The black out shade was not working properly so they replayed it with a curtain that didn’t even cover the window. The shower also did not work properly

I like the location . Right off of 75 . It's easy to get to the hotel . The room's description wasn't accurate . The room was clean . The bathroom not so much . The towels were awful. I was going to take a shower . Then when I grabbed the towel and opened it up . There was makeup stains and not sure what else was on it . I just thought these towels shouldn't have been usrd for their customers . There were stains on the sheets . The headboard to the bed wasn't there . I was just too tired to complain about the condition of the bathroom . It was just disappointing paying that much and not everything was up to Covid restrictions . The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and fast food choices. Their close enough to walk . The front desk staff treated us respectfully and professionally . I would come back again if the cleaning staff would pay attention to the bathroom. towels, and bed linen .

The fact that the hotel had a room available was good due to everyone seeking accommodations after Hurricane Milton. The hotel is undergoing renovations & rooms aren’t totally finished. Towels are a bit worn.

Going under some renovation, could hear room next door pretty well on the ground floor due to tile floors. Otherwise very clean, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, 9/10 would recommended!

They are in the middle of renovation, so the check in area is a desk, the breakfast area is I guess temporary but was totally great. Breakfast was great, a lot of options. The staff was fantastic and very attentive. The pool was super clean especially after going through a hurricane! Beds were super comfortable, they did a great job! Wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Do NOT stay here! The hotel is an absolute mess. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below the standard we expected. 1. **Room Conditions**: Upon arrival, we noticed that the pull-out bed was broken and the sofa was covered in dirt and mold. We requested the removal of the sofa due to these conditions. 2. **Cleanliness**: We found the floor to be dirty with food and other objects. I had to ask for cleaning supplies to address this issue myself. Additionally, the walls around the doors were filthy. 3. **Maintenance Issues**: The fridge leaked every evening, creating a pool of water. We also found holes in the walls and the make shift coffee bar area. 4. **Unpleasant Odors**: There was a strong smell of drugs in the hotel, and we were disturbed by the activities of various individuals coming and going at all hours during our stay. 5. ** I would like to bring to your attention the issues we encountered during on attempt to enjoy breakfast at your hotel. A. **Food Availability**: When we arrived around 7 AM, we found that all the hot food items had been depleted, leaving us with no options for a proper breakfast. B. **Juice Machine Malfunction**: The juice machine was malfunctioning, creating a spill on the floor while only providing a half-empty container of juice. This not only affected our experience but also created a safety hazard. C. **Cleanliness and Staffing**: The makeshift breakfast area was quite messy, and there appeared to be no staff present to manag
