The staff was super kind a friendly, sometimes the hotel was really smelly and I’m not sure why. Seems a little outdated, but it wasn’t bad for just a weekend trip.

Bad customer service
We were locked out of our room ( twice) on Saturday, October 5th, even though we had a 2 night stay for the nights of October 4th and 5 th. Both times we rang the bell at the desk and then called the hotel front desk after waiting for at least 10 minutes! The employee came sauntering ( he was outside smoking a cigarette) in after we called the front desk. Unbelievable it happened twice on October 5th! Very poor customer service.

The bed have blood spots on it the room smelled like corn chips had to be switched from one room to the Next Room the Next Room the bed was clean but the room still had a little smell to it had to go by bleach Lysol and air freshener to get the room to smell better I basically had to come in there and clean not that the room was visibly dirty but the smell was terrible I didn't want to keep complaining so I just bought the things that I needed and clean the room up myself
