The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable. It was about a 20 minute walk through mostly empty streets to the riverfront. Water kettle and tea bags were available upon request. There was obvious mold in the shower and the wall between rooms was not soundproof as advertised.

My room had no heat, it was very cold, staff were nice but the Hotel did nothing extra to accommodate me, I was give space heaters and blankets, that is unacceptable for a five star hotel.
