There are a few aspects here that the management should take into account if they are to live up to their five-star status. We had a lovely stay, good accommodation, good food, but some services need to be improved. The La Bodeguita restaurant, where we had half board included, requires you to call every day and make an appointment. Like any person who goes on holiday where it is warm and you also have a beach, of course you leave. The problem is that when you call to make an appointment, many times no one answers, their excuse is that they are very busy. Coming back from the beach, you go to the restaurant in person to make a reservation but to your surprise you find out that 6, 7, 8 pm is not possible because the tables are occupied. The only thing left is to eat after 8 pm, which we are not very happy about. Then another problem that needs to be solved. The preferential treatment of customers. We do not drink alcohol, so I will only order water or a non-alcoholic beer after the meal. You order from the waiter and he is very unfriendly (and here I would like to specify that only that older gentleman with gray hair and more solid like that) had that behavior), brings you the bottle, which he leaves on your table and that's it. The neighbor at the next table orders a bottle of wine which the waiter brings him and then pours into his glasses. As for these waiters, it is visible from a distance that they are somehow selective with the customers, to not use a harsher word.. Thx
