Dishonest and disgusting .
DO NOT STAY HERE. On a busy HWY. Extra charges for laundry AND a spoonful of soap ? Carpet is tired. Not convenient to restaurants. Small parking spaces. Loud screaming at 3AM both nights. No lift. Dated bathrooms. Charged for stolen/broken appliance which DID not happen. 40 years and thousands of hotel stays and this was the WORST experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at the City of Sails. Friendly receptionists, pleasant to chat with and helpful. Room as tidy and clean, super cosy bed and the jetted spa was just the icing on top of the cake.

Lovely unit, really nice that we got upgraded to a spa bath. Just a couple of maintenance needs in the bathroom as the extractor fan doesn't remove the condensation hardly at all and there's grout crumbling out from the tiles. Lovely staff, we feel very well looked after

4 night stay in North Shore
Located near Nort Shore hospital on a busy intersection nice hotel, good customer service, nice sized rooms, great facilities with good shower and comfortable bed. Good value for money and would stay again.

Room was tidy and had everything we needed but unfortunately all the pillows in the room were really hard and the sheets were extremely stiff. We were all woken at 2am but the room above us who continued to make a lot of noise for 2 hours. The room itself was comfortable overall.

The room was clean and well appointed. The building is recently renovated and in good condition. There was a little light getting through the blacked out glass above the entrance door but the manager will rectify. Clark the manager is great. Welcoming, personable and flexible. Clark went above and beyond to locate an iPad charging cable I lost during my stay, after I had left the motel and that was much appreciated. I can wholly recommend this motel especially considering the room rate compared to the big corporate hotel next door! I will be staying again.
