Manager was a complete unprofessional person. Late to allow check in No attention to details. Requested late checkout at check in just 45 minutes later because of business Sunday morning he outright rejected requested checkout 11:45 am.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and had a great time here. The location worked for us and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only things not so great were the hot tub wasn’t hot and some of the towels in the room had stains on them, otherwise very nice place and would recommend. Thank you.

Upon arrival i was NOT allowed to register because it was NOT 3 p.m. along with several families that were also waiting. As i waited by the lobby there were ants on the window sill. Once in the room, the tub was half painted white. Mold and dingy towels.

We stayed one night in two rooms, not clean, pubic hairs in the bathtub and on the toilet, stains on the sheets and mattresses. We got up early in the morning to eat breakfast which ends at 9 am, the yogurt fridge was empty and one of the guests asked the person at the reception who brought about 6 and spread them in spaces that would look like a lot, within minutes people took and it was empty again. Cutlery, bread and coffee were missing. Bread only sliced ​​white, the muffins were not fresh. We decided to check out early to fly get out of there as fast as possible and go have a normal breakfast. I have never come across anything like this, a big disappointment, a feeling of disgust.

The shower faucet was coming out of the wall the sheets smelled moldy and the continental breakfast when we went there were no eggs, no toast, no coffee and also you had to take your eggs and put them in a microwave. That was awful.

Terrible hotel, even worse staff. Was given dirty bath towels and staff refused to replace them. First they said they didn’t have the key to the room. Later, the excuse was there simply were no clean towels. Then, they asked for proof of the dirty towels and upon seeing the dirt, I was offered 2 hand towels and promised more when the maid returned at 9:30am. But the next morning, they said I had to wait until the maids did the laundry. They eventually brought me a set at 10:30. I was checking out in 30 minutes. Don’t stay here. Ever.
