Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet throughout the day and night. Parking was never an issue. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfy, and I loved the fact that all the rooms had their own private balcony. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was there was only one lamp for lighting which was very dim but we just pulled the curtain from the window open and the sun brightened the whole room and also the WiFi constantly went out through our stay but those are just minor and didn't interfere with our enjoyment and relaxation in our room. One more thing, I felt perfectly safe here and never once felt as if I needed to worry, but I do feel that all the entrances to get inside the hotel need to be locked and only guests can come through with their key. Again, overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again.

We had no hot water. And there was water coming up from under the tile which soaked my boyfriend’s clothes and was a safety hazard. They did not offer any help and when asked to be compensated for the wet clothes or to have his clothes dried for us they refused.

Convenient to downtown. Comfortable bed. Listed as pet friendly but doesn't tell you until you arrive that it requires a $100 cash deposit to have a pet. Can be returned on checkout if no damage done by pet. But would be nice to know need cash on checkin. Advertised breakfast, on check in said breakfast served 6 to 9 am. But no breakfast and owner/ clerk offered no explanation except " we aren't serving today". He is definitely not a " people person" as he turned and walked away after his announcement.

Very sketchy crowd hanging around. Felt unsafe. Reception was locked and they would talk with you through a window. Cockroaches in room, cigarette burns on bedcover and sheets, bedside lamp burn out, no breakfast as advertised, just a cannister of coffee. Balcony door wouldn’t lock. Tried to charge me $100 cash for my service animal.

Its an older property. Ok if youre just tired and need to sleep. The pool was the best part. Nice area there. However, rooms appear to have been in the middle of an update. No hot water for the shower. Smoking is available in some rooms. Which is ok for smokers. Office gentleman was not friendly. And there was no breakfast as advertised. I rate ** only.

The property was very unsanitary and had an awful smell. Customer service was horrible. Not even a trash can in the room or anywhere to put your belongings. HORRIBLE!!

What a fricking joke.
Do not stay here. They seem to go out of the way to make you unwelcome. I had to put down a cash deposit to have a non-smoking room, and was then put in a room that smelled like smoke. No breakfast provided. Yeah, it is cheap, but does not match the description. I should have known better.

The pictures that were shown in Expedia app is completely different than how the hotel actually looks. The hotel was dark and gloomy and had a smell that was not good. people hanging around just watching, it was very hot outside so for people to just be out hanging out was weird.

Place was an absolute s#!t hole. From the moment i stepped into the lobby, i knew i had made a mistake booking here. Lobby was at least 85° inside. Attendant tried to force me to pay a $25 cash deposit and i had no cash on hand. Ended up charging $58 on my card, even though deposit comes back, there is no mention online of required Cash for the deposit. Once i checked into my room i flipped the light switch on and the room was only lit by two bedside lamps. No sufficient lighting in rooms. Made my way to the AC unit since it was hotter than the Devils D!ck in the room. Unit would only go to 70° and after several hours being on, my guess is it never got cooler than 80°, as i slept on top of the sheets and woke up sweating multiple times. Maybe from the temperature or maybe from the scumbags in the parking lot going thru a domestic situation and lots of arguing outside my balcony. Prior to going to bed, i took my shower. Bathroom was as small as a singlewide trailer bathroom and disgusting. Pubes in the sink with strands of hair, yellow spots all over the tile in the shower and to top it off, no hot water in the shower either. This was the least of my concerns as it was 102° with the heat index today and I uncharacteristically enjoyed a cold shower. My weiner, not so much. I even asked for a refund after checking in and was told i couldnt get a refund as i booked thru Hotels.com and not directly thru them. Dont waste your money, especially if its perdiem. $30 more elsewhere
