Good standard hotel. Well maintained. Excellent staff. Good service. Easily accessed by taxi, tour bus and car. Breakfast is highly recommended. Bar food and drinks readily available. Club foodstuff is limited and at times, if you are late - you miss out. Evening dinner fare can be expensive. Hotel is highly recommended overall.

There was limited staff, no one answers the phone when you need assistance. Lights and Aircon not working properly. The hotel carpark was dirty, smelly and we had issues getting out, even though we had paid at checkout.

Specifically asked for a special view for my 50th birthday, months in advance when booking. They gave a view overlooking a car park and flats. Very tired, dated property and disinterested check in staff. Wouldn’t return.

The location is close to Sky City Tower and a short walk to the harbour. Excellent breakfast and dinner options. Service was excellent. However, the room was too warm, the aircon took a long time to cool it down and I couldn't leave it on overnight because it was too noisy. I had to do a lot of online conference meetings and the lighting in the room was not great. I

Always a great hotel to stay at. Staff are amazing and facilities are great. Enjoyed the pool for a morning swim and was beautiful. Is our Auckland spot as close to CBD but further away to be more enjoyable.
