Our room faced the street and the only access to the rooms was from the outside of the building. We could hear the traffic throughout the night, once we fell asleep it did not bother us.
The gym was the same format accessed from outside. That made it rough to start my workout having to walk in the cold to get there.
Overall I would say it was ok for an overnight stay. If we come back I will ask more questions.
Too many stairs, all outside. No elevator, no ice from outside machine on 2nd floor so had to go outside and down 2 sets of stairs. I didn’t know when booking that each room had outside door. Never again
Breakfast mediocre. Room was clean.
The area experienced a problem with the water supply due to the hurricane. The hotel did not contact us to let us know they did not have drinkable water. They charged us $1.50 for each bottle of water even though they discontinued the breakfast service because of the water issue. They should have offset the breakfast with an equal value of bottled water. Other hotels and restaurants in the area provided bottled water.
Very nice room, convenient to Biltmore Estate and downtown

Good location ..room for improvement
The property is right next to highway/ major thoroughfare to Biltmore Village. We visited at a time when Biltmore was still recovering from Hurricane Helene and most of the downtown was still closed. So was Blue Ridge parkway. The hotel is nice, rooms were average or below average in size. Breakfast was decent but breakfast area was congested. Staff is friendly. The rooms are set up in a way you that you are bound to be exposed to elements if you want to access the lobby or breakfast area. We stayed there for 1 night so it wasn’t long enough for it get annoying. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for family or for anyone staying beyond a night.
It was clean, good parking but breakfast was skimpy and it felt like no one cared about keeping it stocked. They just hung out in the back, I had to go to see if there was more Yougert and then they brought some out. Their English was not good at all.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The rooms are very spacious with microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator. I was pleasantly suprised.
It was an okay stay. The driveway to get in is a bit difficult and very steep. There is also not much parking on the property. The room was clean. The breakfast was only alright, and please be advised there are no non-dairy alternatives offered even for coffee. The price point was pretty reasonable for what was offered.
