Friendly staff. Cheap built hotel. Very noisy paper thin walls and front door had a howling sound. Had to put towel down to stop it. Bed was good. Bathroom sink was stopped up. I had to unstop it. Probably won’t stay here again.

Water pressure in toilet was insufficient to even flush toilet paper. Hot complimentary breakfast on Thursday was very good, but only available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I would be willing to pay more for the room if hot breakfast was available daily. I have never experienced anything like this.

Comfortable beds and pillows galore!
Very convenient location. Great beds and plenty of pillows. Large room with large bathroom with walk-in shower. Second time we have stayed here and will be staying there again in the future.

I reserved Glo on Expedia.com the weekend, I was to attend and work a festival & then ended up stuck at this location during the catastrophe of Hurricane Helene, the staff there was excellent in providing guests what they could given the uncertainties. Yes, I would definitely stay at this hotel again without any hesitation.

We were staying at the Asheville GLO when Hurricane Helene hit. We lost electricity and water. Although I think the hotel should review and improve its preparation procedures (e.g. no lighting in stairways and no support for the front desk), I thought everyone made the best of the situation. In particular, we commend Thea who worked multiple shifts and managed as well as possible.
