Exceptional Stay at The Scenic Hotel at Biltmore Village My recent stay at The Scenic Hotel at Biltmore Village in Asheville was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled in a prime location just steps from the historic Biltmore Estate and minutes from downtown Asheville, this boutique hotel exceeded all expectations with its combination of modern luxury, impeccable service, and thoughtful amenities. Cleanliness and Comfort: The hotel is immaculate. From the welcoming lobby to my spacious room, every corner of the property was spotless and beautifully maintained. The room itself was a perfect blend of modern design and cozy comfort, featuring a plush bed, high-quality linens, and a well-appointed bathroom with top-notch toiletries. It was evident that great care is taken to ensure guests feel right at home. Amenities: The Scenic Hotel truly caters to every guest’s needs. The complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was great for both work and streaming. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the indoor pool and hot tub provided the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Asheville. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Location: The location couldn’t be more ideal. Beware- there is no pool or hot tub, which the hotel eliminated for a renovation and never updated Expedia. We were initially booked in a room with plastic over the windows for renovations. Desk said they were note this for a discount from Expedia, which they didn’t do.

We canceled our stay with The Scenic Hotel at Biltmore Village because of Hurricane Helene. I called the hotel and canceled due to hotel at the time of cancellation did not have water and they were not ready for guest. The hotel management could not have been nicer. Plan to reschedule and go back in 2025.

Anna , Lorriane and Chelsea are the best ! Service was excellent and this place is modern and beautiful. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Also super convenient in location to get everywhere we wanted to go . Definitely will stay again

They are renovating the property but it had minimal impact on my stay. I was in a newly updated room and it was wonderful. The shower was large with two shower heads. I was spoiled by the modern updates. Staff were nice and knowledgeable I would stay again

We received an email a week before our stay telling us it was under renovation. So the parking was convoluted until we were directed to the parking garage. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony. Some of the hallways were impacted. The staff was wonderful. The ice-maker didn’t work a couple of times when I went to use it, but they said they’d look into it. The breakfast area was nice & the whole place was super clean, you don’t mind big boxes of stuff laying around and not being able to use the amenities that you thought you would have when you booked it. Oddly enough, I would stay there again
