No guarantee on room type. Hotel is nice.
We stayed two nights at the Indigo. We reserved an Executive (Premium) King with soaking bath- shower combo. When we arrived we were told they could not accommodate and gave us a nice King with sofa room. We were told that the room we booked through hotel.com could not be guaranteed and was a minimum three nights stay. We were also told that the room we booked goes for $900 a night, which is not true even on their website. After some discussion, they switched us from the king room without the tub and gave us a Premium room with two queen size beds with a soaking tub shower combo. The hotel also told us that booking through a third-party of any kind cannot guarantee the room type that they give to their guest. I feel like the hotel pacified us by finding a room with the soaking tub (which is the feature we booked the upgrade for) but we paid for the upgraded king room with soakin tub, which cost more than the queen with soaker tub that they gave us (after the initial room). Hotel is within walking distance of shopping, Grove arcade and several nice restaurants. Easy to hear fire trucks from penthouse level and we were awoken several times.
