Your own private wrap-around balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway One parking spot is available but cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Amazing location!

Excellent location! Walkable to restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. We felt like we were locals for our time there. The condo itself was gorgeous with an incredible view the mountains over Biltmore forest. Great spot for an evening cocktail. We will definitely be back!

This is our 3rd time staying in this unit. It is immaculate, tastefully decorated and has secure parking. We also loved the location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and breweries. We will stay here again.

Autumn in Asheville

Absolutely amazing condo perfect for a weekend in Asheville. The condo was stylish and clean with safe and secure parking. Gorgeous views from downtown Asheville all the way to Mt. Pisgah. Terrific location! Only a 5 minute walk to downtown & everything that Asheville offers; shopping, restaurants, breweries... We will definitely be back.

Everything about this condo was perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The space was perfect for our group- two adult couples. The location was fantastic. Just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants.

Perfect location. Street construction loud and distracting during the days (although you have no control over that!). Only things that could have made this better, and this is truly nit-picking: 1) up the quality and size of shower products and toilet paper; 2) fuller pillows; and 3) get a keurig and quality coffee.

Ashville visit

We came for a few day first time visit to Ashville. The accommodations and location couldn’t have been better. We were in the south slope area around many breweries, food, and attractions. The Biltmore was amazing as well. We enjoyed our trip immensely and look forward to a return trip in the future.

Great location for a girls get away!

Gorgeous Mountain Views in Convenient Downtown Location

This rental was pristine, super clean and provided a secure parking space. The sunsets were breathtaking and we walked to restaurants. The property manager provided clear and concise information and we had zero issues with our stay. I would stay here again.

Spacious , bright and clean

Lovely apartment, perfect walking distance to downtown, very clean and comfortable. Our only comment is on the weekend there is a music venue close to the apartment and the music was blasting past 1 AM. And disturbed our sleep. We would suggest a white noise machine to try and help alleviate some of the noise. Other wise it was perfect!

Nice enough

Made my selection of property on VRBO and it was a smooth operation. I was emailed the garage access code along with the unit access code. It was a relief not having to keep track of a key or card. The unit was comfortable enough. Furnishing were okay. It presented clean enough but the throw pillows were a little stained so I stacked them off to the side. This unit had 2 kings beds en-suite which made it nice for 2 couples. Usually there’s 1 king and 1 queen but found this 2 king bed unit and was happy. This was my first Vrbo and I would definitely do it again.
