The apartment was pretty clean (just a minor suggestion - the grout on the ground & bathroom need some cleaning but the rest of the apt is clean). Staff is very friendly & super helpful! Place is walking distance to acropolis.

Apartment is on a busy street which is a surprise as it’s one way and looks like a side street. That made our ground floor apartment less appealing. So we took advantage of the good location otherwise and got out a lot.

ROOMS/SUITES ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had 2 suites. Both were outstanding — spotless/clean, air conditioning worked perfectly, plenty of space for all things, refrigerators were spotless, electric stove was in excellent working condition (making cooking breakfast “at home” very convenient), and the in-suite washing machine was a bonus (super helpful so we didn’t have to find a laundry service). ————— SERVICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Giannis and Anastasia were incredibly helpful before and during our trip. We arrived after hours due to extreme flight delays; arriving after midnight. We struggled with some functionality of the apartment door entry (user error, not theirs), but they responded immediately to our calls in a very pleasant and helpful manner - even in the middle of night. During the day, there’s onsite staff. ————— LOCATION ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 12 Keys is within 10 to 15 minutes of many sites and safe to walk. Huge plus to save on € taxis. Side note - being a congested city, taxi rides may take just as long. It’s close to a 24-hour market. There’s so many benefits of this location. ————— NOISE ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The city can be loud. As a very little sleeper, I travel with earplugs. With windows closed and earplugs, I had no issues. ————— EXTERIOR ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Independent apartment’s aren’t likely to have traditional hotel-like exteriors/entries. 12 Keys exterior is not impressive. It’s just the way it is. The interior, service, and location are what’s important. ————— OVERALL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic stay. Perfect apartment for a couple. Very secure building and room. Very clean. Very walkable to main Athens historical sites and restaurants/bars. The communication was very good over WhatsApp and the recommendations provided on Athens were very useful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Exceed my expectations! 12Keys is like home away from home. Very Clean! The apartment assistants; Mr Giannis & Ms Anastasia were hospitable, friendly & helpful. Mr Giannis provided much information needed exploring the city of Athens, airport service, etc.. He made our trip pleasantly delightful.

The room itself was excellent. It looked exactly like the pictures, which is usually not the case. Both Jiannis and Anastasia were incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly. The room was kept spotless and the close proximity to everything was great. And, despite being just steps from all the attractions and amenities, it was in a real neighbourhood, so no tourist crowds. The place was superb. It ticked all the boxes that are important to us.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with a sitting room and a kitchen. It’s close to Temple of Zeus and the Acropolis. Transportation to the city is also easy as there is metro station within walking distance. The staff members are helpful, giving us all the help and information we feed. Good value for miner as well.

We had an amazing 10 day stay at 12 keys. The location is close, walking distance to the Acropolis, dinning, shopping and any transportation you may need to explore outside of that area. Anastasia and Giannis were extremely helpful with eating suggestions, directions, anything we needed!! Anastasia booked us a day cruise which was the highlight of our trip and arranged us airport transportation for the flight home. Everything was seamless!! Will definitely recommend staying here to all of the people we know who are wanting to travel to this beautiful city!!

I really enjoyed our stay here. Yianni and the staff were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Place was a fair size, and rooms kept clean. I liled the location, close enough to acropolis, and i loved being able to walk everywhere. Greece is awesome. Athens is awesome. I can't wait to go back.

12 Keys Athens Apartments came up as an Expedia recommended place to stay due to all the positive comments and my stay is another positive experience, Their larger apartment was very comfortable for a family of 5 people. Location is less than a 10 minute walk from closest subway station. Area is safe to walk at any time of day and night. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance from anywhere between 5 minutes to 20 minutes. Recommend to park your car and walk and/or public transportation. Parking garages near by. The host, Yiannis, was awesome. Yiannis took the time to answer all of our questions. He had recommendations for restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. We had a situation that we needed to speak to Yiannis after reception hours and he answered quickly with the solution. We were a family of three and we stayed at this place for 8 nights. It was a great choice because we could walk to the Acropolis area in less than 10 minutes. There are many good supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Also, the neighbourhood is quiet. The managers of the property contacted before our arrival to give us instructions and once we arrived, they gave us great recommendations about restaurants and bars. The property is modern, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. We were very happy with this place.
