The hotel is located at strategic location, nearby to the Acropolis. However, during evening to midnight, the sounds of people at the bar below the hotel can be too loud.

The proximity to the Parthenon was great! The sports bar down and little restaurant down stairs were both good and bad. Nice to have an easy place to eat, but truly a sports bar. Fun, but lots of noise. The employees at both the studios and restaurants were all very nice and helpful. Our studio was a penthouse with rooftop deck. We had a little birthday party up there. Very pleasant and beautiful Parthenon view.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Athens Studio. Clean, comfortable, with friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was nice as well. The location was also perfect. We could walk to everywhere we needed to be. There is also a fabulous restaurant across the street that has great food and great prices. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location for Acropolis/Museum & Parthenon
We stayed for 3-nights before a cruise so we're carrying sizeable luggage. Here is my honest assessment of this hotel: 1. Location is ideal if you want to explore the areas near & around the Acropolis - w/o taking a bus, train, taxi, or even in Athens. The Acropolis Museum and the Parthenon are just a few meters away -- main reason we chose this hotel in the first place. We missed them in 2022 & 2023 but not this time around - we explored the nearby areas also & took our time inside the Acropolis Museum & the Parthenon - knowing that our hotel was just nearby! 2. The entire hotel itself is clean, We had a balcony room on the 4th floor. Check-in was fast & a keycard was issued -- just to turn on all electricals inside. The door can be opened by a code (not via the keycard) issued upon check-in. There's also a security door (also with a code) to enter the property - nice security feature! 3. The elevator (like most in Europe) is small. Could fit probably two big luggage & one person. Could fit 4 persons (no luggage) - but cramped. 4. Free breakfast is included in our booking but the menu (scrambled egg & sausage in a bowl, bread, coffee & some spreads for the bread. Catsup seems hard to come by) stayed the same during our entire stay. We only had the free breakfast once & just settled for the morning coffee the rest of the day. There are restos & bars nearby for all budgets. 5. Space inside our room is limited but the balcony is big - but no spectacular views.

The location is good for access to the sights in the city, most are walkable within 30 mins. The property is good but a little run down. The cleaning team work very hard to keep it tidy. The team doing the daily breakfast also work hard to provide food and drink. The associated businesses seemed good, our booking included a wine tasting at the bar, sadly the opening times we're meant to be from 12 to late each day but it wasn't open when we tried to go so we missed out. Our booking also gave us a bottle of wine, however it was on a upper shelf in the door of the fridge and fell out when we opened it, smashing on the floor, not the best start to our stay. The laundrette was convenient, make sure you have plenty of change, coin operated, €10 for wash and dry. Overall a good stay, but could be a little better.

property is perfect for walking all the sights of Athens!! Best Greek restaurant is directly across the street. We ate their on recommendation of Host and ate there every night. Simply wonderful. Host (s) are very knowledgeable and helpful!!

Athens Studios is in a great walkable area, close to restaurants, shops, and ancient sites. We had to park on the street, but found a spot not far from the hotel. I will stay here agsin!

My room was very clean and safe. The beds were uncomfortable- extra extra firm. The Athens Studio Hotel is conveniently located to all major tourist sites in Athens. The neighborhood is safe during the day and night. There is a subway stop about two blocks away and a tram runs down the street. The major issue with this hotel is its location. It is attached to three bars and located just a few feet from several others. The noise from the bars goes well into the early hours of the morning. I found it very difficult to sleep. We stayed for three nights because our flight got us in very late the first night. . If possible limit your stay to two full days in Athens. Hotel good for a one to two night stay maximum.

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, breakfast is alright. We loved this hotel it has a small balcony that we can see the outside of Athens. Receptions are all nice especially Myth who helped us carry down our luggages when we checked out. Thank you again Myth (hope its the right spelling). Location is very good. Walkable to Metro and Acropolis, a lot of restaurants nearby. This hotel is highly recommended.
