We had an issue with heater/ac unit, staff was on it and had it fixed n working as expected. Bfast was excellent in variety n quality for most part. During ski weekends can get noisy with kids running halls, using facilities, but what are ya gonna do. Check in easy n room clean, certainly needs updates in areas of room n bath.

Excellent hotel and staff

Check in was easy. Gentleman at front was very polite. Offered us water and gave us 2 bottles in a cute little bag. Room was great! Mattresses could atand to be replaced but still wasnt bad. The heat worked amazingly and was rather quiet. Breakfast was over the top wow! Scrambled wggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereals, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruits, bacon, several juice choices and white and chocolate milk. I had $31 in credit feom previous bookings making this reasonably priced for my stay. We thoight we were going to get snowed in and I already was hoping to return to this hotel if we had to stay in the area another night.

Just what we needed for our travels

We were just stopping overnight during our travels, but i wouldnt hesitate to stay here or the area again. The room smelled fresh, was clean, and large. I even had room for yoga before bed. The breakfast was a little more than expected. The food was well sticked and fresh and the area also spottless. We felt safe leaving things in the car overnight. The general area has several name brand stores and chain restaurants nearby.

Road trip

Had to find staff to check in for an older gentleman and myself. No one was coming after ringing the bell. Had to go to the entrance and call for someone to yo gge front to check us in. The tub has serious rust stains

3 night family stay

Overall the hotel is clean and modern. We have stayed here before and it was much better. This time, the room we were in had extremely hard and uncomfortable beds. The bathroom floor had a soft spot right in front of the bathtub and the tile was loose over that spot. We had no issues, but it’s a potential hazard for someone. I would recommend a hotel that’s so nicely presented and clean should upgrade their beds and make repairs as needed and very noticeable.

Booked this one night stay as I was headed home for Christmas. The hotel was clean, quiet, and safe. Check in was slow, but the desk staff was friendly. The only negative was I planned to hit the road early, so asked about breakfast and was told it started at 6–perfect. In the morning I was told breakfast wouldn’t be until 7 due to the holiday and when food wasn’t ready at 7:15 I decided to eat on the road.
