One of our best ever hotel stays!
After our long international flight, Electra Palace was the perfect venue for a few days of recovery. From its comfort, elegance and quality food, to those little extra services, this hotel proved to be one of our best ever international stays. The views from the pool deck and breakfast restaurant are as good as you can get in Athens. Our room may not have had this view, but we felt privileged to access the views from shared areas. It was a joy to wander the historic sights of Athens, then return to our central location for a refreshing swim and rest, before venturing out into the summer heat for more of this wonderful city. Breakfast (included) was of excellent quality. And those little extra services I mentioned… well we had a very early checkout for our flight, and assumed we would miss the sumptuous breakfast. NOOOOO… A superb breakfast hamper was ready for us to take and enjoy at the airport, and a coffee heart-starter was provided before we left. There were several other little “extra effort” service like this that made our trip special. We cannot fault this hotel, and will make it our regular base for return visits to Athens. This is a rare gem!

Super Location
This is a classy, well run hotel in "the best location". Every tourist attraction is less than 10 min walk . We booked a Jnr. Suite ( as we had quite a bit off luggage) and was upgraded to suite with a huge balcony with panoramic views over the Acropolis. :-) The breakfast spread was very good and the views at breakfast even better. Would highly recommend E.P. if staying in Athens

Great Stay at a Beautiful Hotel
We came to Athens for two nights and chose the Electra Palace because it had a pool. Our stay was exceptional. The staff was wonderful and our breakfasts were delicious. Our views were incredible and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The only issue we had was that the pull out bed was uncomfortable, but it was a pull out bed so it was expected.
