I had the best time at this property. It was super convenient and beautiful and right in front of the beach. It was very clean and beautiful. The staff could have been a bit nicer but can’t complain too much.

Beautiful resort with live music every night! Right on Waikiki Beach. They had pricey drinks here but I didn’t expect any less with it being such a nice resort. I’d recommend!

The lobby was so beautiful, there was an aquarium in the restaurant to enjoy viewing while eating. The pool and bar area was such a vibe. The only downside is that there weren’t enough lounge chairs for everyone and the hot tub was always crowded. The ocean front room was nice but the street noise was awful and our room smelt like the exhaust from the restaurant downstairs. The bathroom was cramped and there was no vent fan. But the bed was so comfortable and the air conditioner worked wonderfully.

The stay and room and balcony view all was amazing. Unfortunately it rained the entire trip and if it was more things to do on the inside of the hoteli wouldn’t have mind the rain. I was forced to be inside the room some days due to the pool area being outside! Also microwave rental is insane, it should come with the room.

For a 5 star rated hotel, the rooms feel more like 3 stars. The whole bathroom experience turned me off. I’ve never experienced that before in a 5 star hotel and I’ve stayed at my fair share. Felt like I was staying at a best western in our room. And our room had a noisy AC which they fixed and then a broken fridge which they also fixed but if you’re saying you’re a 5 star hotel, I expect these items to be working before I get there. The location though is 5 stars, very convenient and close to everything you need at Waikiki!

From the ratings on Expedia I thought it would be a great experience but unfortunately that wasn’t the case for us. You arrive and it’s a beautiful lobby and great location. But then we go up to our floor and the halls smell like mold. There were no towels in the bedroom. The next morning there were contractors working outside and woke us up. The staff was great and took care of us. We did enjoy the restaurants. We just didn’t get the nice experience
