No cleaning every day!
We had a fantastic 2-weeks stay. We signed up for the Longboard membership which offers buffet breakfasts and happy hour drinks/meals. We would give all five stars, but we didn’t like that they only clean rooms every other day. The rates are the same everyday, but you don’t get full cleaning service! Seems wrong.

Stunning swimming pool area and Swell bar. Very clean room and bed and sheets the cleanest I’ve ever experienced in my life. Car parking little bit pricey but overall wonderful experience and highly recommended resort

Make sure you ask for a Seaside room
My first room was phenomenal so I booked the rest of my stay. They moved me to a different room in the Seascape tower, which is considerably older, not as up to date, and during busy times, only has 4 elevators for a large 40 story building.

For the amount of money spent to stay at the hotel the hotel is not as up to date as I thought it would be. The pool staff weren’t as friendly and told my mother that my daughter couldn’t use the floaty we brought for her, then told us she also couldn’t get in the hot tube even though she was accompanied by me. Front desk staff were amazing in helping with the pool situation. The staff that cleaned our room were great as well.

Since I am a VIP MEMBER of Expedia, I was expecting to have a room that I paid for. I spent an extra $540 for an ocean-view room, but I didn't have it. which was very disappointing Also, the hotel was not very clean, especially the floor in the rooms and hallways.
