Beautiful hotel. Only downside is that it is such a popular hotel that it is very busy during check out time and check in time. The lobby is very crowded and it’s almost impossible to get an elevator. So be patient. You’ll be waiting for a while. This hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The staff at the pool bar was not as friendly or attentive but overall this is a really great hotel to stay at and would choose it again.

i have an early flight, hence getting to airport early in the morning. i was told by travel desk that the policy is to book private transport. If there is no taxi in front of the hotel ,they cannot call taxi for me. that detracts from an otherwisefexcellent stay. one bright spot ,other staff were helpful. particular 'sapuni'?

Beautiful hotel with amazing rooftop pool area.

Beautiful hotel - rooftop pool is amazing and very comfortable. Wish there were hot tubs on the rooftop near the pool; found it odd that there weren't. Drink service was available although they don't speak English well and we had some language barrier issues with ordering. We got room 157 which was only accessible from the downstairs pool area - we had a hard time finding our room as there was no elevator access to that room. Location is not close to the downtown Plaka area so be advised. Taxi ride was long but only 15 Euro.
