Not sure who’s fault it is but definitely not mine. Never received the check in instructions considering I contacted the Property as described 24h in advance. Tel number of reference on the booking did not work.
Expedia was simply inconsistent considering I spent 4h trying to be assisted via chat. I was promised a call from a supervisor that i never received!
After trying all possible numbers I got in contact with couple customers representative. The first one abandoned me, the second finally helped me sorting the situation. All of this took four hours in which
I was left without accommodation.
