Customer service was beyond rude an unprofessional upon check-in.. I’m not hard to plz at all. Couldn’t even buy snack’s without security getting an attitude about me asking for help. Ma’am I know you’re security, I wasn’t asking to be rang up by you. I was asking for help to find the receptionist that could help. They broke out my car windows in a parking lot adjacent to the hotel as well!

Decent place to stay
Everything was satisfactory except for the problems with the TV and AC. I hooked to my YouTube TV account and I was seeing commercials for the hotel brand during programming. AC control wasn’t working even after asking front desk for help. She basically told me to use the thermostat. Well, duh.

The property is clean and modern and it was a safe walking distance to the State Farm Arena. I enjoyed the room amenities, the comfort of the bed, the bathroom shower and the complimentary water in the fridge.

Charged $94 for "overnight" parking from 5:30 PM to 9:34 AM the next morning. Breakfast was $20 and pretty sad. Pillows had no support (might as well have just been pillowcases) and beds were old creaky springs. Room was small, service was non-existent. Couldn't recommend less, easily one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.

Everyone was friendly from the valet to the front desk. Expensive valet. I worked at a high 4 star hotel and they only charged 25 for valet. Here 47 and theyre not part of the marriott family. Clean room and friendly room attendants.

Hotel looks great in the common areas. However, inside the room was dirty on the sides of the beds on the floors. As I appreciate no carpet on the floors were also not clean. But most importantly the air wouldn’t cool down all the way I had it set to the lowest setting 60 and it would not cool down stay around 71-72 which is to warm for me.

Inside staff wonderful, valet staff disappointing
Interior hotel staff were amazing! They provided goodie bags for the kids upon arrival. The next morning I explained we were venturing to the aquarium and World of Coke, would like to leave my truck in the parking garage it had already been valeted to, but wanted to place my luggage in the truck. Front desk was very helpful and said valet would bring my truck around for us to place our bags. When we stepped out of the hotel door and spoke to valet my keys were handed to me and we were told to take our bags down the outdoor stairwell to the truck ourselves with no direction on where the truck was parked once we entered the stairwell. My friend and I had two small children with us and the stairwell was littered with liquor bottles. It did not feel safe at all. We finally found the truck, after walking past busted up mattresses, and had to squeeze into the drivers side door to pull up to open the tailgate to place our luggage inside. At this point we felt unsafe and decided to just move to another parking deck at the aquarium. When trying to maneuver our way out of the parking deck the valet blocked the exit with the current car he was parking, got out and approached my truck. I rolled my window down and before I could speak he rudely stated “I thought you were just dropping off your bags?” I told him we had changed our minds and he finally moved to let us by. Again, we had two small children in the car so this whole situation made my friend and I very uncomfortable.
