I enjoyed my stay here. I was attending a convention at the Plaza but I decided to stay at the Four Queens as a protest against the Plaza’s resort fees as well as lack of coffee makers in rooms. Thankfully, the Four Queens has no resort fees and the rooms have coffee makers. I like to have a cup as soon as I wake up…so not having to dress and go outside to buy a cup is a plus!
I enjoyed the frequent walks on Fremont Street to get between the Plaza and Four Queens. It only took five minutes but Fremont is always fun to see. The Four Queens lets you use the fitness center at Binnion’s and I used it daily.
There is one critique I must give. Check-out time is at noon and I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign posted. Housekeeping rudely knocked on my door at 11:15 am and I had to explain that I wasn’t ready to check out just yet. But then they knocked AGAIN at 11:45. That is flat out disrespectful. If check-out time is NOON why am I being forced out early?!? What if I were still sleeping at 11:15?? Management should speak to housekeeping and tell them not to do that to guests. It was just rude and wrong to do that and if it happens again I will find a different property.
