I like how they had staff at the front desk after hours I did not like how long it took to get checked into my room even at 12 midnight The elevators stopped working as they were 100 ppl trying to all get to rooms that were on the 18 floor or higher The valet parking took extremely too long to retrieve my vehicle I was not a fan of the uncleanliness of the hotel carpets as I walked to my room I do appreciate how hard the room service staff was working despite how large the hotel is….my overall experience was about a 4 Thank God I only had to stay 2 nights Overall the room was cool… my

My whole stay pretty okay . I actually reserved myself a room with a roll in shower for mom . Just because we checkin in pretty late they just gave me regular room with no roll in shower. Thats why we are worrying on our stay and unfortunately the evelator going down is not working thats why mom and i decided just to stay in our room most of our time during the stay coz with her condition im not gonna let her take the stairs. I even reported about the elevator but it longer as we expected to get fixed .i don’t normally complain but it was not the best experience actually.

I came to town for a streamer conference to stream. Security saw my camera in the lobby and harassed me, asking me for ID, room card, etc… I was being very careful and polite but to no avail. Streamers NOT welcome. The next day I woke up and everything in my room was gone except my clothes which were all lumped together, clean and dirty, in a garbage and put on the floor. They threw out my food, my cologne, my toothbrush, etc. I reported this strange discovery to staff, and while they seemed surprised, ultimately I just gave my name and info and nothing ever happened. They even claimed that room service didn’t even go into the room. (?) So I guess we have some cleaning, toothbrush stealing, bed making bandits on the loose in the hotel and no cameras to catch them…? Why lie? I wasn’t comped anything or given replacement food or even a free toothbrush. I didn’t want to leave a bad review because staff was nice. But now that I’m checked out, there’s not even a hint of a resolution or comped day or discount or anything. So I must be honest. The hotel looks nice, but the security and room service seem poorly trained. It was very odd. Good room but not worth all of the other problems. I don’t recommend. There are better hotels very nearby. I hope some day I get some kind of resolution, even just a dollar for the principle of it. But to not get any answer or free cheeseburger or free toothbrush made me feel embarrassed for the company and got the heck out of there. Nice pool.

My wife enjoyed a quick getaway for our anniversary. Everything was amazing! We had a beautiful north facing skyline view. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary! Will definitely be back! Thank you Marriott Marquee staff!
