So worth it! Beautiful view! Clean! I highly recommend using their valet. Do no not use public parking I repeat, it will get broken into! Other than that I will stay here again!

Had not been cleaned properly on our arrival. Dusty Headboards and more. Mini frig was set up for one person and not two despite our reservation for two. My wife was unable to check in while I parked the car down the street, due to valet being full. Had to wait until I got there despite her having all of the information for our reservation.

Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend
I love that the hotel had productive activities going on everyday which gave me the opportunity to meet and network with others , and enjoy all of the amenities offered. Having a Starbucks on the premises was a greatly appreciated. My suite was beautiful with an excellent view of Midtown, although, the carpet did need to be shampooed. It’s an ideal location that gave me the opportunity to visit my family and enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday weekend with them. Overall, the hotel is exactly as it is advertised and the service is superb.

Amazing stay, Clean Hotel, Astonishing view, only takeaway is the toilet handle in suite was broken. The handle only stays down so the water tank won’t fill up with water for the next flush, have to hold the handle in the up position for it to fill, and flush again.

My booking was under a nickname, not my legal name and it took a lot of hard work convincing the people that I was the person that booked it, even though I had an ID with my last name on it, and the credit card it was booked under — and I had already paid for the room. I have never had this issue with any other place I have stayed. They even had security escort us to the elevator once they allowed us to have a room. And to top it all off, there was zero hot water when we took showers. It was really an unpleasant experience and I doubt I’ll stay there again.
