This hotel is very good. Great location, near the KLSentral train station, and good shopping mall.
Hotel has good pool, and nice bar area .
The room was lovely , huge bed, nicely set out with a couch and desk and chair .
Breakfast was buffet for around $25 NZ , and lots of choices.
Most of the staff had very good english, so no trouble with communication either
The kitchen staff were amazing when delivering the food to our room, very respectful. The cleaners kept our rooms clean all the time and towels and bed linen were changed everyday. The tv wasn’t working properly and the food taste was average
The staff at this location is super friendly, very accommodating, and very helpful. The food in the restaurant is outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. Would recommend this to anyone for convenience and all the amenities

Everything was great. Except that in front of the parking was some loud music and a presenter shouting. Shouting for free coffee. Think tbe hotel need to sort out its priorities about activities like this.
