It was nice, clean , and comfortable. A little loud but we were in first floor and they had some event going on, so other than that it was good and I’d stay here again.

I still enjoyed my stay
The curtain had brown stuff on it like blood or something. The main reason I went was for the indoor pool if was filthy and cold. It was not heated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Other than the curtains the room was clean. It was quiet and they had to huge events going on at one time. I enjoyed my stay.

Large event poorly handled
We were there for a family reunion. The hotel was understaffed or not prepared to fulfill what they committed to. We were giving breakfast passes for all 3 mornings. The 1st morning we were went through a line and received custom omelets, Belgian waffles, etc…the staff had trouble keeping food and plates out. The 2nd and 3rd morning our breakfast bar was moved to the hall of the banquet room. We were not allowed to eat out side of the banquet area and one very small banquet room. We have over 300+ members. We ended up having members sit on the floor to eat. When members tried to go to the open tables they were told they couldn’t eat in there. Note there were several tables and areas no one was using. We ran out of food several times. On the 3rd morning we ran out of plates and were told we had to use bowls. The 1st day our bed linen was changed but the housekeeper didn’t change out our dirty towels we had piled up. We contacted the front desk and were told to contact housekeeping. Needless to say we had to use the same towel twice. We had uncooked chicken the night of our banquet. We had sweet tea and then it was removed and were told it wasn’t on the menu and we just get water. This is after members already poured their drinks. The dinner line was shut down while members were getting food. The desert ran out and was never filled again. The elevators broke down or the doors were shutting and opening so quick many people almost trapped.
