Just about Everything was being maintenanced. Slides, buildings, attractions, not enough staff it looks like. It was not easy to enjoy my stay and of course its for my birthday. I didn't knows till i got there about any maintenance going on as no one contacted me. So i arive and they did try to fix the water slide issue but i did not pay to go some were elce and if i had a choice i wouldn't have stayed. and now im going back and forth about charges no one can tell me why i got them or what for other then there all holds. The math is not mathing for a trip i couldn't even fully enjoy. I wouldn't recommend going at this time. My suggestion is to call and make sure your hotel is up and in running order because this left a bad taste. The staff are friendly enough at the front desk and even at some of the game stations, bartender at the pool was great company. Hotel pretty tidy for so much going on and christmas. Decorating also in progress. This was just not there best. Truly it felt like a rip off most of all.. In time,funds, and in water! Hope they improve or that this was just a bad month for them and maybe not there standard.

It was a beautiful property. Great lazy river and arcade. We loved our room. Staff was very nice. Negatives check in was slow, $25 to self park and a bell hop was attached to a cart even though wanted to load and unload our own luggage.

They have on site restaurants that make it very convenient to eat after a long day at the park. The only thing I dislike was the bathroom in my room, it didn't smell clean.
