I had reserved two rooms. My husband arrived at 7 in the evening and an hour and twenty minutes prior to our arrival. The staff informed him that his room was not ready but would be ready momentarily. I arrived an hour and 20 minutes later and still our room was not ready. Check in is at 4 p.m. I was not happy that the room was not ready. The desk manager told me that they could put us in a room downstairs but that would be on a different floor than our children. they were able to get the room done in another 20 min

This is an older property that has been updated some, but still needs quite a bit of work. The carpet in the hallways was particularly bad. It was badly stained and smelled awful. The room itself was decent, but there were holes in the drywall. The breakfast wasn't bad.

Just stay somewhere else. I could not sleep due to the loud noise. The carpet is filthy. The second floor smelled like old trash. The ice machine didn’t work. Looks like it hadn’t work for a while. I probably wouldn’t have used it anyway. The phones didn’t work. Spoke with person at desk. He acted surprised and said he would notify maintenance. Maintenance never showed up. I did not sleep well in that place. It was disgusting in my opinion. Walls were filthy, tub was not the cleanest. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Nasty. Smells bad.
I went to check around 12:45pm and was told to come back at 3pm. When I got back at 3:15pm the room was still not ready. The front desk lady was so confused and was texting with someone. It took almost 20 minutes to be be given a key and be told to wait because the room was still not ready. Finally she told us it was ready we went into the elevator that smelled awful and got out on 2nd floor the smelled even worse. The corridor carpet was so dirty. We got to our room and it was not ready the lady was cleaning and the sheets were on the floor. We informed that they said to come to this room and she said she told the front desk it was not ready. We went back to the front desk the front desk lady and wait again in line for another 20 or so minutes. The lady looked so confused and then finally she gave us another room. When we got to that new room we find another cleaning lady cleaning and she proceeds to tell she is almost done she just needs to wipe bathroom floors because there is hair on the floor. Which she just wiped with a towel. The floors of the room were so sticky and dirty. We couldn’t walk bare feet. We had to check for bedbugs luckily the they were any. My daughter didn’t want to take a shower in the bathroom because the bathtub was dirty. She took a shower a relative’s house. I wanted to leave but I had prepaid for the room. I would never ever stay or visit this hotel. It’s awful nasty, noisy.

HORRIBLE UNSAFE DONT TRUST THE PICTURES
The shack was HORRIBLE PLEASE DONT STAY HERE. The rooms are in bad shape and the pictures on the site are a lie. I have attached what the room was really like. Nothing about this place is nice drugs deals going on outside the hotel bathroom had rust stains in the tub and totally unsafe me and my family left after seeing our room.

We was very unhappy with our stay at this Choice hotel. Even though this location was close to everything the hotel reminded me of a transit house. Why when we arrived parked to unload our car, they where kids playing and adults sitting in the staircase smoking weed, carpets filthy, people who rent week to week with there doors open yelling and screaming profanity. Biggest upset of the whole stay was the swimming pool was padlocked and we were told it was under maintenance in all reality a lady living at the hotel said they pad locked the pool to keep the children who live at the hotel out, so how is that fair to people planning a vacay stay at your hotel. The breakfast was lacking to say the least by far the worst I ever witnessed at a choice hotel.

We stayed on our way through Georgia just to shower and rest while driving through and visiting family. So when we arrived early in the am around 7 (late) after most of our stay was over.There front desk was not well attended to get our key so we went in the breakfast area and ate while we waited for the front desk person to arrive and hive us a key. The kitchen needed attending also, it was messy from sloppy guests. We only showered and rested and then they gave us a 12 late check out( courtesy). We were there for 5 hours however it seems in the wee hours don't be in a rush. The building itself has a modern look but you can tell from the room that it is older. Otherwise for the price it was what I expected.
