The mattress’s were terrible. The dresser/cabinet obviously had burned in a fire. It was charred and pieces were falling off. There were several hairs on the bathroom floor and all in different spots.

Was not aware of the $150 hold that is required which was more than what I paid for the stay itself. Only great thing about the stay was the front lobby staff, Darren. He made check in memorable and had great energy, the man needs a raise.

This was the WORST Hotel I’ve ever been to. The place smells STRONG of mold and mildew. I mean EVERY SINGLE FLOOR! Our fridge was broken in the first room. We had to move to another room. Then the tub and sink clogged in the second room. Some of the staff super rude, some clueless as to what to do with the endless problems at this property. The lady in the kitchen was the only great part of this experience and on her day off the food tasted as if they kept yesterday’s food and reheated it. The fruits weren’t fresh and the pancake mix sour. I don’t know how the health department haven’t shut them down yet!

Convenient on a budget
The staff was very nice, and the common areas were very clean. The rooms were clean but overall run down looking, mattresses were soft and saggy. One of the elevators wouldn’t open on our floor, got stuck in it and had to take it down to a lower floor, get out and then go find another elevator. It was very conveniently located for all the things we wanted to do in the area

Convenient location and price
We had a good stay. The personnel was nice with us and help us resolve any issues we encountered. The room had a dirty carpet and the AC unit needed maintenance (smelled bad). They changed us another room with no issues. Breakfast was included, typical hotel breakfast, but we ran into spoiled milk twice. The hotel is in a pretty convenient location, near the main highways and close to downtown and the airport. Overall it was a good stay, convenient location and good price.

This hotel is on the outskirts of the ghetto. Front desk was not very helpful, knowledgeable or friendly. Attempted to have me pay a second time at check in. Luckily my paperwork was noted paid by credit card. Elevator was tricky to operate and function properly. Hotel photograph is deceiving, looks like balcony's, which is why I booked at this hotel. When you get there so see they are all dummy patios.

The best part of this hotel is the excellent breakfast with variety of hot food and very tasty. It gives fruit, hot breakfast, favorable pastries, and juice, coffee. Staff is friendly, especially Eugene (exceptional hospitality). Could use housekeeping service. But would stay again.

Booked this stay 4 weeks in advance and received a phone call from the manager 2 hours before check in that the suite we booked was no longer available and he would move us to a smaller room for a $20 a night discount. The alternate room reeked of pet smell, was dirty and outdated. After 2 hours of complaining he did move us to a standard double queen room. The continental breakfast was opened 10-15 minutes late each morning and staff working the breadfast area was extremely rude to everyone. The outdoor swimming pool was on the other side of the parking lot, 1\2 block walk, next to what appeared to be an abandoned bbq joint. I WOULD POSITIVELY NEVER NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!

I am due a refund for checking out early, as well as a property damage upfront fee. I have called and gotten the runaround. The hotel needs a total upgrade, a paint job, new carpet, improved lighting. The breakfast was below par, the grits and oatmeal was not edible. The coffee was the best part of the complimentary breakfast.

The employee working the front desk was welcoming and explained all of the amenities . Additionally, the employee who was running the complimentary breakfast was a gem. She kept the food stocked and offered fresh home fries which were DELICIOUS.

This is a rundown property with sticky carpet, stains all over the chairs and beatup mattress. AC vent has never been cleaned. So noisy since it is next to the freeway. We had to move to a different room after first night due to the dust coming out of AC. Advertised pool is a joke. Pictures in the website are so deceiving. Terrible staff except one guy, Kevan. I would rate this hotel zero stars. I would not recommend staying here for anyone. We ended up checking out 3 days earlier than our scheduled check out due to unhealthy conditions in the hotel room.
