Great location & quiet. From the clean room, water/pop, snacks, sound machine & breakfast delivered right to the door - We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Adam was very friendly & knowledgeable about the area. The staff was just as nice! We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Maine.

Fantastic hotel! Spotlessly clean and spacious. Loved the free snacks and beverages. Saved time when going into the park early and having water. The breakfast was hot and delicious and serving exactly at time requested! Easy walkable location! Have traveled all over and this place was wonderful and thought of all the small touches. Delightful motel!
This motel was an unexpected delight!!! The ease of ordering breakfast, the snack room with cookies and popcorn, and the comfort of our room made our stay great!!!! Would highly recommend this quaint motel!!!!!

Wow! Amazing Motel !!
This is a fabulous property. The breakfast delivery and options were wonderful! The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. There was an area where you could get your ice, along with beverages,coffee and popcorn all included. We will definitely recommend this property to all our friends!!

I cannot say enough, kind words about this particular establishment. So clean everything you could possibly need. And the breakfast was delicious every morning right on time. And always very attentive to our needs ,asking us if we needed anything at all. I wish everywhere we stayed Was like our experience With HighBrook!

We loved our stay here! It's quiet, located close to Acadia and downtown. It has been updated in a retro decor that was suiting to the property. They have a nice refreshment area with beverages and popcorn, refill for Keurig, and cookies in the afternoon. Check-in is easy, they text you with lock code to your room. You order breakfast online, good choices and it's good! They deliver to your room on your requested time, it's awesome! We enjoyed breakfast in the sitting area in front of our room. You can also request additional towels via text, so easy!

The property is family owned and operated for 40 years! So fresh and clean and spacious. Friendly and responsive contact. Not in “heart of Bar Harbor” which is just fine—- no traffic etc. But very close , even walkable!! Less than a mile. Enjoy!!

We loved our three day stay at the Highbrook. There is a shuttle stop right across the street so you do not have to take a car into Bar Harbor where the parking is crazy. There is also a path that leads into town if you choose to walk. The room was comfortable and breakfast delivery was an added bonus with a decent selection including fresh fruit. The snacks and drinks available in the common area were nice to have available 24/7. I loved that we could order breakfast and clean linens via the app/website. Everything was delivered when promised and it was a seamless process. We stayed in room 1 and there was some street noise but by 10 pm it was quiet. They provided a white noise machine just in case but we didn't need it. We would definitely stay again.
