I extended my stay by 2 nights. When I did that a few things happened.
1. The front desk said they couldn't help it and acted like they were not interested in helping me figure that out.
2. Once extended it triggered a housekeeping visit to my room. Housekeeping cleaned out my clothing and toiletries,which were unpacked and in the dresser.
3. When I discovered my belongings were gone I spoke with the front desk- one of the attendants said "we didn't do that." After I told them , y'all cleaned my room and took my stuff.
4. I went to the desk this morning to ask for toiletries as mine were "cleaned out" and asked about the status and was given a you have to talk to the manager answer with no attempt to contact the manager.
These folks aren't taking my missing belongings seriously and are unsure about how to handle delicate customer relations with tact and grace.
For instance I reveiwed them on google which you can find and they minimized the loss of every belonging I had with me on my trip as a lost sweater.
