Requested a hair dryer 4 separate times, and never received it. Was not happy having to wear a cap in expensive photo ops at the convention. Property is showing it's age, and very loud parties allowed in the pool area until very late in the evenings both Friday and Saturday night. I come to this convention every time they have it, and these were never issues under the previous ownership - especially the service issues.

The Breakfast is $21 and terrible. Everything is overcooked and basic. Just look elseware. The location is good within walking distance to attractions, and it had clean rooms with in room coffee maker and fridge. 60inch TV is new. The bad, other than breakfast is parking. Valet is $50 per day all day in-out, or the parking garage across street is $25. Street parking is $2 per hour. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I rate this as average just because of expensive parking options and dining experience, but would say there again (without a car) bcs of location.
