This property is awful. It’s a gross hotel, comparable to a Motel 6. 4 star hotel my ass. Would never stay here again.

Inside the hotel was beautiful the property was great. But it's in midtown Atlanta. There's a lot of homeless people wandering around, which has nothing to do with the hotel, but still it makes the experience kind of creepy. I was outside having a smoke and a homeless man came through and started picking in the ashtrays. The staff didn't do anything to get them away.

The hotel was average for the price. The shower was very low pressure which isn’t a huge deal but still not great. There was also no light in the shower so I had to prop up my phone flash light to see. Other than that, the hotel was a decent stay. It was close to everything we wanted to see. Parking is kinda poor. Found a garage down the street for a lot cheaper than the valet.

My pillow case has a stain from smeared lipstick. I noticed it the 2nd night out of 3. And it was through to the pillow so that shows they never changed it. I went to the front desk got a new pillow but there was one that looked like it is normal. They don't do there job, so I was wondering what else wasn't changed. Anyway, I did love the convenience of where I was going to. Wont stay there again thought because of that.

The hotel was nice and clean. My room was clean too. The area of the hotel it’s a bit sketchy and beware parking in an outside parking( you will see the gates are broken and always look if there’s glass on the floor, if so don’t park there!) they really break into cars! We didn’t do valet but definitely do the $15 parking/25 parking garage. Overall don’t make eye contact with no one ( I’m from New York so bums don’t scare me) and keep safe. There’s ALOT OF homeless people and when parking take EVERYTHING WITH YOU, I mean everything leave it empty lol.

I really wanted to like this hotel, but we were put in a room right next to the elevators, so the noise from that plus people standing waiting and talking loudly wasn’t ideal, other than that pretty okay.
