The Meriton Zetland is a great location to stay. Easy Access to the CBD whilst away from the high cost of staying there. The shopping centre is within a 3-minute walk, with plenty of places to eat, shop and relax.

A pretty hotel in a lovely clean area. We had a room near the freeway but didn’t hear the traffic at all. The staff were lovely and processed our check in and out without any issues.

Beautiful and spacious apartment perfect for our needs. Near to the East Village shopping development with a large Coles supermarket and other shopping, dining options. When considering booking note that it is a 15 minute walk to the train station or a 10 minute ride into the CBD ( depending on the time of day) Admin/ reception staff were easy to deal with including when making a slight change to my reservation. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the sloppy housekeeping with irksome things such as having to hunt for the kitchen bin when we first arrived, chasing on a number of occasions for tea towels bath towels, dishwasher tablets & binbags to actually be placed in our apartment We were out all day and weren’t excessive users of these items. Also floor cleaning wasn’t always up to scratch.There were also spaces which clearly hadn’t been dusted prior to & during our arrival. I don’t know if this was because our housekeeper wasn’t very good - (he also walked into our suite without knocking one morning) & disappeared 2/3 through our stay or a lack of staff- reception called us a couple of days before we left to check we were ‘happy’ with the housekeeper. We’d book with Meriton again, you just need to keep on top of them on housekeeping & hope you get someone who does the job properly.

Everything was easy with this last minute booking. The suite was very spacious with all facilities to feel like home. Having an office nook in the suite with free WiFi was very helpful for working during my stay. Parking was easy to access and a reasonable charge. Staff were friendly, polite and charming and nothing was a problem. I will definitely book to stay here again int he future.

I didn't like the room cleaning service, we stayed one week they come to room 3 th day just for check coffee tea and change towels. No vacuum, no new linens, kitchen utilities and cleanliness very poor. They done fully cleaning after day 6 ,next day we checked out. It was useless plan for all.Reception service was good they provided what ever asks.

Having to wait an extra hour to check in from 4pm meant we had to change our dinner plans they gave us late checkout on Monday but were calling us at 10 mins before place is a bit tired and had to pay extra for parking

It was easy & convenient, quiet & comfortable -the studio layout was great, a petite apartment not just a square hotel room. Very comfy bed & a nice view from our studio across the green garden rooftops of the buildings in front & the possibility to sit outside on the balcony. Underground parking with quick access to the studio by lift was helpful with luggage.

The air con and dish washer needs regular maintenance as the air con didn't blow cold air anymore. The dish washer was a bit temperamental had to close the door a certain way. Overall was still a pleasant stay, the receptionist was great and friendly.
