Hotel staff was outstanding, always kind and helpful. The hotel was very well maintained, the pool area was pleasant and fun for the children. Breakfast was a great addition to the service, in addition there wass always fresh water and coffee available in the lobby. Parking garage could have better ventillation and I was a bit confused by room cleaning schedules and services. Our family had really good time here and we would recommend this hotel to other families aa well.

I was really unhappy about the room and the parking the The tub was flooding. I replace my room once and it was the same thing in the second room. Customer service was very argumentative. Also was forced to park in a different parking lot and receive a $75 boot on my car

I am rethinking Hampton Inn's as my default hotels
Called before reserving room & was told that parking was free--was not told there are 2 Hampton Inn's within a very short distance of one another; breakfast was average (scrambled eggs were made with powder); mattresses were on the soft side; people at the reception desk were very polite & tried to be accommodating, but no one in charge was available to discuss.

The garage smelled horrible, the AC was noisy and rattled. There eere definite maintenance issue. Definitely not as good sd suggested by the ratings (8.6). We chose this hotel based on the rating.

Nice property in the heart of Buckhead. $25 to park a car is a little steep but it is a very busy area so unlikely to find anything for less!
