Recently stayed for event at State Farm Arena. Very clean hotel with comfortable beds. It was a quiet area in downtown Atlanta. Convenient to several restaurants in walking distance. Also a very short walk to the arena. The breakfast layout was fantastic . A large variety of breakfast food. I was especially impressed with there being turkey sausage. I’ve stayed at quite a few Hampton Inns, in fact I prefer Hampton over all others, and I was really impressed with this one, being that it’s an older building.

It was very quiet and the breakfast had good healthy choices. The only problem I had was in my room the tv didn’t work. I called to the front desk and spoke with someone about it. She told me the repair was coming but he never came

The room was clean one issue with the TV remote but it was taken care of immediately. Downtown Atlanta isn't great there was a shooting there at 12:15 p.m. near the Waffle House.

On our first night, i took a shower and body wash was empty, shampoo was empty and lotion was empty. Slept after a night, I got asthma attack. Beddings and towels were very dusty. NO housekeeping came when we slept here for 4 nights. On our 3rd night, I requested housekeeping. The woman on the phone said she will send someone and no one came. Inconsistent customer service.

The hotel walking in is extremely clean. The staff is so nice and helpful. Thw room was incredible. It was perfect for what we needed for our 4 days in Atl. We got the suite with 2 beds. 5 stars all day

A reasonable place in the Downtown city centre. Easy to go to from the airport via the MATRA train. Ideal location for visiting city centre attractions. Hotel rooms are a bit run down, not very modern, and not well maintained. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, but no room cleaning or tidying done at all in the 6 days there.

room was bigger than expected and parking is nice, no valet and the lot is right there so you can get in and out your car easily. bed and breakfast were all great as usual and staff was super nice and helpful

The beds were uncomfortable and creaky every time you moved. The a/c and thermostat didn’t work right. You could set it as low as 67but it would shut off at 74. It was so warm.
