This hotel was located perfectly for what we needed (passport office) and we felt safe. Parking was excellent and not excessively priced. Room was a suite, staff was very accomodating and assisted with printing a document for us that we had forgotten.

Perfect Location For A Concert
Great proximity to State Farm Arena for a concert. We were able to walk so I didn't have to worry about parking for the event.

The property itself was nice. Everything was clean except not having a trash can but that’s no biggie. The bed was not as comfortable as a Hampton normally is and the AC didn’t seem to keep the whole room cool. Staff wasn’t real friendly upon arrival at check in. My biggest issues is there is a 100 DOLLAR FEE that is held EVERY NIGHT for the parking for a safety deposit along with the 35 dollar parking fee. This was not included in ANY information about the hotel on ANY website not just Expedia. You HAVE to pay this deposit before you are allowed to check in. This really threw off our plans because it tied up so much of our spending money before our trip even started. I personally won’t be back.
