Great Hotel
Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, lobby, and breakfast area. Breakfast was very good, a lot of options. Walking distance to Centennial Park, World of Coke, GA Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame, and others. On site parking was a plus. Nostalgic photos throughout hotel was a nice touch.

Yes, we certainly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Downtown Atlanta. We liked the secured parking as well as the the utilization of the key cards giving access to the lobby, elevators and room. The room was clean, smelling fresh with new towels in the bathroom. Love it!!

The BEST shower and room was quiet. The day we checked in the key cards didn't work so had to get and use the app. That was okay. Then the TV wasn't working. After calling a few times they sent someone to fix it. Overall, it didn't really take too long. It also seemed one of the elevators wasn't working for most of our stay. But despite these issues, the hotel was really pretty good.

I will not stay at this hotel again. Rooms were dirty and hot. Thermostat was set to 70 and it could not get below 73. The beds were old, outdated and noisy. The springs popped and poked up every time we moved. Pillows were terrible and lumpy. Upon arrival, there were not any towels in the bathroom. I had to go to the front desk and they handed me “all the clean towels “ that were available. The closet door was broken and duct taped back together. The refrigerator did not stay closed and was leaking water all over the floor. The housekeeper closet was open in the hallway which was disgusting. The lobby was so hot. The staff was fantastic though. Breakfast was ok, what you would expect for a hotel breakfast.

My first room smelled like bug spray. Second room, decorated nicely, but it was substandard. Crack in the outside window, room had odor, bathroom needed more cleaning, chair looked soiled, furniture had alot of dings, and air conditioner was not blowing cool air. However, the best thing was the front desk receptionist, she was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable!!! She exhibited Excellent customer service 💖💝
