They didn’t have water the whole night I stayed til the next morning the sink water worked I was able to take a wash off I had to kill roaches the whole night and reception was rude and asked me to stop asking when the water would be turned back on when I was told it would be turnt back on in 2 hours of me checking in all I really want to do is take a hot shower and a refund so I can do so because it was inconvenient for me to have to go through this I paid my money for a room with hot water and was not aware of the roach infestation

I woke up in the bed to a roach in the bed with me then went to the restroom and there was another Roach getting ready for the day early in the morning there's another Roach too many and a half photos

My stay was comfortable, the room was outdated, no phone charging outlet. My bed was comfortable Tv was good. I would hear a couple arguing all night that were on the same floor. No real accommodations but the staff were very nice.
